[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been very happy with this Samsung all-in-one washer and dryer. It has a surprisingly large capacity and easily handles our family’s laundry. The wash cycles are easy to understand and provide good options for different fabrics. The drying performance is excellent, and clothes come out completely dry without needing another cycle. The machine runs quietly with very little vibration, even during the spin cycle. Most clothes also come out with fewer wrinkles than I expected, which saves time on ironing. Overall, it’s a convenient, reliable appliance that has made laundry much easier. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read quite a few negative reviews before buying my ventless washer and dryer combo but decided to give it a try. I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s been almost a year now and this unit has served me well. The capacity is great. The interface is easy to use. The vibration is controlled (make sure you have the unit installed and adjusted by a Samsung installer. I have mine on a pedestal and it stays solid). The cycles, especially the drying cycles take longer than you would expect, compared to a regular dryer. That’s not an issue for me as a single-person household. but if you are a family with kids, or in general requires to do more than 3 loads a day, this all in one ventless unit may not be the best choice for you. Other than that, I’m impressed with it and the Samsung support I received. The first one came dented, they promptly replaced it. Solid costumer support service. The app is great too, you get alerts when the clothes are ready, and you can even control it while running errands. Based on my experience, this is a great product. By the way, no smells. A lot of folks complained about the unit smelling bad after a while. Keep your door cracked open or open in between use and your unit will continue to smell fresh.

I was skeptical, an all in one washer/dryer? Wow, was I wrong. This is an amazing combo washer/dryer. With its large capacity condenser the clothes come out dry and soft. The beauty of this washer is that you just chuck your dirty clothes in the washer and somewhere around 2 plus hours later they are dry. Honestly, I prefer it to the traditional separate washer and dryer. I will never go back. You also have the added advantages of it being an app driven washer, giving you updates on your wash, options, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine works great. We are able to put a load of laundry on and come back to it later in the day and it's fully cleaned and fully dried. One of the best things about this is that the clothes come out feeling slightly humid even though they are truly dry-- it's the machines way of keeping them de-wrinkled for up to 3 hours until I have the time to go fold them. It's actually made doing laundry from a traditional separate washer and dryer more convenient. The interface works well and there's a lot of different options for cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my machine. I purchased it after my tower dryer stopped working. I have a small laundry area and wanted to maximize the space. I was worried as it said drying took longer than the vented version. Overall it takes about 3-4 hours for a regular load of clothes. This is similar to what my old unit was. I also don’t have to worry about switching the load and having to rewash. I am able to fit my king size bedding into 1 load which is so convenient compared to 2-3 loads because it has more room. If there are still a few damp spots it’s easy to use the dryer only cycle and I love being able to stop it after washing if I want to put my clothes on the line.

The drum capacity is quite large, and the variety of cycles makes it easy to customize each load. It also runs smoothly with very little vibration during operation. However, the drying performance keeps it from being great. The ventless system takes longer to dry clothes than a standard dryer, and items often come out with noticeable wrinkles if not removed immediately. It is a good space-saving option, but the overall performance is just okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this washer/dryer combo is that it takes up half the space, uses 110v and I'm not moving my wet clothes to the dryer. What I don't like about it is that it builds up lint in the unit that takes a long brush to clean and accessing the other internal components like the heat exchanger to clean is difficult. Even the lint filter is cumbersome to clean. There are also additional Self Dry and tub cleanings that have to be run to keep your unit running optimally and they take up to 4 hours to complete so do this when you go to bed. Highly suggest that you wash like items, jeans, towels, linens and such otherwise it doesn't dry properly. I would like to see a change the design that allows access to the lint path and vent filter to allow better cleaning. Vibration isn't bad, just make sure your on a solid surface.

We moved into a new house and were very excited about using this convenient combo. However after 40 minutes, it shut off and our clothing has been stuck inside for 7 weeks and I’m not sure how to get them back or what will even be left when I do. I can’t reach anyone for support.
