I purchased WD53DBA900HBA1 in December and want to order a second front-filter kit. I have two 'adult' boys living with me and anticipate a filter problem in the near future. I want to have a second filter on hand so they can just swap it out instead of having them 'clean' it.The filter is 3 parts: the frame and the two mesh parts that fit together. I am being fastidious about keeping the lint filter clean and the slot clean and dry. I am doing this because cleaning the entire unit every few months seems like a major job (removing the entire cover. Please let me know how I can order a second fillter.

I have to say this is the best invention Samsung has made!! My clothes have never been so clean. It takes more time than a normal washer/dryer but it's most definitely worth the wait! It's really cheap on water and electricity too!! I absolutely love the Ai wash/dry. The convenience of filling up the tanks with soap and softener also makes life so much easier! I love my bespoke and I HIGHLY recommend it.

The best part is the AI Opti Wash Cycle learns and improves with time. I can load a big load at once as well. Bonus points for the large capacity detergent and softener dispenser. No more measuring out detergent for each load. If you are a busy household this is an amazing investment!

I got this thing and I got to say it is amazing it's set it and forget it and it does an amazing job on cleaning much better than the other two I have in the laundry room I got to say I didn't believe it would work good but two in one you don't even have to check it and the clothes are done thumbs up on this one can't say the same for the oven though I already wrote a review on the oven and if I could have I would have returned it but this thing no way I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine thinking it was a great concept that it washes and drys. However, it takes 2 hours or more to do 1 small load. And then after a few loads you have 4 hour self maintenance. Which confuses me because in the middle of my loads I always get error codes and have to restart my machine and my load. Therefore taking me like 3 days to get a couple of loads done. I will go back to the old machines I had. Top load and separate.

I have had it for almost a year. Although maintenence is a headache. It works so well. I love it. I feel bad for those not having my luck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine might as well come with a. Robot to do your laundry for you. The way it cycles is super convenient. The drying and moisture are top notch. The vibration function is neat also. None of my clothes have wrinkles in them anymore!!
