[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an older different brand model not to life’s bad it ventless model and it was ok long dry times couldn’t fit comforters to wash and dry if you did took 6 -8 hours for queen size or like 5 towels. But this Samsung I washed and dried 10 oversized beach type towels in about 2 hours. Comforters take about the same wash and dry. Clothes are about 90 minutes full load. Only thing it can’t do good is wash pillows ( you have to take dry off and spine on low then again on medium then dry like normal lol fun day) but I did have 2 queen size pillows in together. Love the washer dryer would buy again. Hope this helps in choosing

I have TBI so use to forget a wash I had started and would have wet laundry sitting and molding now its one and done, no mold no forgetting. Took the AI a bit to learn how long a drying really takes defaulting to like 3 hours but the super speedy setting is 138 minutes but it does twice as much laundry as my old machine, best new purchase with no buyers remorse at all LOVE IT!!!!

Load capacity is large fits king size comforter with ease. Never had a problem with heating and drying. Very rarely hear any vibrations from the machine.

Clothes won't dry have to do tiny loads un order for them to not take 6+ hours. I constantly have to drain the water left over. I've had service done on my machine 3 times with the problem still not resolving.
