This machine has cool features, and not needing to flip your laundry from one unit to the other is an incredible benefit. The quality of wash is great, and has a large capacity, but that seems to be wasted as other users mentioned if you try to do a very full load the drying cycle can be very extensive. No more quick washes or quick dries with this unit. The worst part of it is that if you look online, you can see multiple postings and videos about the hose that cleans the heat exchanger cracking, and needing to be replaced. Seems like this is something that Samsung should address with a higher quality product. Our hose seemed to last almost exactly one year before it needed to be replaced. Definitely by an extended warranty on this or buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most effective purchase I've ever made! Place your clothes and chose the best cycle for it and forget about putting your clothes in the dryer. It does everything itself!!! It even prevents wrinkles if you request it!👌🏻😊🤩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without a doubt technology advances and this washer and dryer combo is part of the future. Saving space and efficiency. It's like that cliche informercial, set it and forget it, it's out your clothes in and just let to run it's cycle and it's done. It's ability to detect temperature is fantastic and clothes has come out clean and dry. The touch screen and setting are robust, overall happy with the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with the Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is great for handling larger loads, and having the washer and dryer combined into one machine is a huge space saver. The 7" LCD display is easy to use, and the AI features make choosing the right wash and dry settings much simpler. The OptiWash™ and drying performance have been especially convenient, and I love not having to move clothes from the washer to a separate dryer. Another major advantage is the ventless design. It gives you much more flexibility with where you can install the machine, which is especially useful if you don't have a traditional dryer vent. Overall, this machine combines convenience, technology, capacity, and a clean modern design in one appliance. If you're looking to simplify laundry and save space without giving up performance, this is definitely worth the money i Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it but if you do a medium to large load, A lot of it comes out wrinkled very bad. The cycle times are long. If you have a family at home this is not for you. I live alone so its not so bad for me. The drying takes a long time. I dont notice any moisture or condensation unless ot is using the steam feature. I leave the door open. Minimal vibration it is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer dryer combo is a life changer. It works very well and is fairly quiet given most of the cycles that it runs other than the spin cycle. I will give it a five-star review and because it is ventless it can work anywhere. I will say that it could improve the wrinkle-free feature because that doesn't work as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good too soon to tell but the as of now it has very cool features and work well the wash and dry time is a bit longer than I would like it to be 3 and some times 4 hours to complete a load but that could also be due to how big the loads are still trying to figure it out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is wonderful in washing and drying mixed laundry. I use it for king quilts and also for my pet bed . It has many cycles that help with washing needs. I have recommended to many friends and it has worked great.
