The filter is easy to remove and clean, but the filters housing in the machine is very hard to clean properly. The combination washer/dryer operation takes longer than seperate units. The cleaning/drying operation is wonderful. I would like a practical way to access and clean the dryer filter housing/area within the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never go back to a regular washer and dryer. Heavy machine which cuts down on the vibration. Take about 3 hours from start to finish. Save hugh on electricity bill. Was able to add shelving due to only needing one machine. Also it know exactly how much detergent to use. I'm sure it's so much else this machine does, but I haven't read the manual.

It cleans out most of the stains in just one wash. The best feature this that it gets connected to the phone really easily and you can just send all the settings for your wash from your phone. You will get a notification if your tv is also connected to SmartThings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been one of the best Washer/dryer combos I've ever had. Well, that's the only one I've ever had. It's got great capacity for those large duvets, but it also has a small footprint compared to the need to buy two separate washer and dryer units. It fits in without having to be vented so you don't have to worry about that opening to the outside. I think it's clogged for your dryer vent and it has been easy to maintain. I mean, you just follow the topics on the screen and it's done. I mean does take a while to wash and dry anything, but it has been fantastic. I mean, it does have a feature where you can set it up to be done at a certain time like I guess an automation type feature, but it takes and starts the washing process right when you enter that time, even though that time may be eight hours away. So it's kind of unusual, but maybe I haven't use it right. But this has been by far the best washer/dryer machines I've ever had! I suggested to everybody who asks. I would suggest that if you buy it, you can get the pedestal. Can you order it with the washer dryer unit itself because The load door is really low so anybody who is taller, it is a pain.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

The versatility of the features/parameters let me wash everything and dry perfectly (if desired) without high heat. The heat pump does not add a degree of heat to the laundry room and the efficiency of the lint screen catches all the lint; no fuzz or dust. The machine reminds me to perform the maintenance tasks, such as tube clean, and all it takes is to touch the start button. It send a message to my phone to tell me when it done. I just it would fold the clothes too! Maybe that will be included in the next model 🤔

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The process of getting the machine to work efficiently again was easy. Apparently these machines are very sensitive to laundry weight distribution. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not use too light or too heavy a load and clothes start evenly distributed in the machine. Once you do that the start and stop problems go away! I have been using the machine since this was explained to me and the compactness is interfacing with the start process with no problems!
