Capacity: It handles a surprisingly large amount of laundry for a single unit. It easily fits my [insert examples like: queen-sized bedding, heavy towels, or a full week of clothes]. Cycles: The variety of AI-driven cycles is impressive. I especially like how it detects the fabric type and load size to optimize the wash and dry time. Drying: I was skeptical about a ventless combo, but the drying performance is excellent. My clothes come out perfectly dry without needing to transfer anything between machines. Moisture: I haven't had any issues with lingering humidity in the drum; it leaves clothes feeling fresh and ready to put away. Vibration: The machine runs very quietly. Even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable with minimal vibration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washing machine probably for over a year now, and I’ve done well over 300 loads. And I must say I’m extremely impressed. It goes fairly quickly, and I don’t worry about any of my clothes being wet. I’ll throw my clothes to wash at night, and they’ll be nice and dry, 100% ready for me to wear the next morning. Moreover, on the washing section, I’ve been very impressed with its cleaning abilities, especially on heavily soiled and stained products. I do have white towels with old blood stains, among other things, and every time this washing machine gets those stains out. I hope that, with a software update at some point, I will be able to change the spin speed for the wash cycle without turning off the dry portion and starting the dry manually. The important reason is that I've noticed this washing machine tends to wrinkle clothes very easily due to the very high spin used by the AI Opti Wash and Dry. Of course, nothing will ever be 100% perfect, but this does come really close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The newer combo is much better then the 1st combo, which I purchased & after a year gave to my daughter & got the new combo. The filter system is much improved. The AI system helps a bunch. I live being able to run it from my phone & it connect to my smart home. The only reasons I give it 4 stars: the drawer that is stupid expensive, will not hold a normal size bottle of detergent or fabric softener so it is a catch all & the small filter behind the detergent dispenser is messy to clean & drain causing a lot of mess in the drawer below if a bowel is not pot in it to prevent the drawer from getting soaked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this machine! The size of the washer/dryer is perfect for us, even fits a king size comforter! I can put a load of laundry in there before I go to bed and set it to start at a specific time and all I’ll have to do is fold it in the morning. I will put up a load before I leave for work and set it to finish shortly before I get home. The touch screen is so easy to use and clear. If I need to take something out to hang to dry that’s not a problem it allows that as well. It can be used as just a washer or just a dryer as well. For a busy family of 4 with two teenage athletes it makes our lives so much easier! I’ve started doing laundry more often because of the convenience of never having to worry about a load of laundry sitting too long after washing. Even if I don’t get it out of the dry cycle there’s a cycle to air fluff it as well!! Plus I now have the extra space for shelving!

Also, the dryer does not leave much water in the rubber gasket…so love that feature as well…only having to fill the detergent dispenser ever so often is nice as well! Great job Samsung!

So sleek, clean and beautifully designed!! Works like a Gem, and so nice how easily it connects to your phone and can control via an app!! 10/10 recommend
