I love the one step wash and dry function since it eliminates the rewash from someone forgetting to swap the clothes to the dryer. It seems pretty efficient and set up easy. Plug it in to the 110v outlet and hook up the water lines no venting needed. Easy to use and connects to the phone easy. It does require a lot of maintenance. The cleaning cycles have to be ran frequently and they take a while. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is also really long, which you’re also not able to wash a second load while one is drying so it makes one day laundry seem to take forever.

It’s the best, and the Alexa integration is great—Alexa notifies you when it’s finished. Don't hesitate; you should buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke ventless washer dryer is great at first and we really enjoyed it and did an absolute ton of laundry It's a huge time saver to just be able to put the wash in and then have it run through the drying cycle and pop the door open so it makes it much more efficient to do a lot of laundry quickly The challenges we've had with the unit overtime is that It starts to clog up a bit with softener and detergent and the drying cycle doesn't work as well in our case it's gotten progressively worse, ironically just outside of warranty So that now we're struggling to get the unit to functionally dry and it's just over a year old From a capacity standpoint it's been great and we've been able to put lots of laundry into it we've had no issues with the connectivity to the network or being able to monitor remotely the interface itself has been fine for us And in general we really like the way the unit looks and works

Compared with other combo units it drys very well which was a concern when buying. Having a combo has also freed some space by not needing a second machine. The touch interface is nice with many options for pretty much any load type plus an AI auto detect.

I love the fact that I can communicate with it through smart things . It allows me to check up on We're in the cycle it is. The AI interface Does a great job at analyzing the washing conditions . When using the AI The time it takes to wash your clothes is extended But with the knowledge that I am saving energy in helping the environment makes it worth it

I toss in my clothes and get a message on my phone when everything is done. I have it integrated with Smartthings and I am aware of the entire process. I love that I can load the detergent and softener in-the tank and not have to worry. I also like the fact it will remind me to clean the lint filter before the next wash. The menu and interface are great and can also be loaded from my phone. It’s also nice to get the whole job done half the space of my old setup.
