[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my combo for about a year and a half so far so good especially because I have it outdoors, I do have it protected and on the pedestal so that helped but I guess my issue is more towards the SmartThings app. Sometimes it'll disconnect or I thought I started the wash, but I guess the phone app didn't communicate with the washer. Even though I put start now, I have to stare at it until I know it's starting. But the AI caught on to my laundry and my clothes feel perfect. I do stop the dryer sometimes manually though. It'll add more time than what I feel is more than enough dry.

I like that it can run Spotify and even connect the product to the app on my phone. I like that it is all in one machine and doesn't take up much space and yet gets everything done all-in-one. The only downside is that the bedding settings take longer than usual for bedding and sometimes will still come out a little wet but overall when washing clothes and using the quick wash settings, clothes come out perfect every time.

Love the smart things connection and the AI wash mode. The control panel is mostly straight forward, it takes a bit learning at first. The drying function leaves the clothes very dry, much better than other separate driers I have used in the past. Only downside is that the wash cycles and dry cycles take very long

I used to be terrible about doing laundry—I'd leave clothes sitting in the washer and end up re-washing them two or three times. Since switching to an all-in-one machine, it's incredibly easy: load the clothes, set it, and start the cycle. At the end—voilà—they're done. Its also capable of playing music while you fold your laundry and much more! Only downside in my opinion is that big loads tend to take about 5 hours or so. However, leaving a big load in before you go to bed is awesome because when you wake up its nice and dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke ventless washer dryer is great at first and we really enjoyed it and did an absolute ton of laundry It's a huge time saver to just be able to put the wash in and then have it run through the drying cycle and pop the door open so it makes it much more efficient to do a lot of laundry quickly The challenges we've had with the unit overtime is that It starts to clog up a bit with softener and detergent and the drying cycle doesn't work as well in our case it's gotten progressively worse, ironically just outside of warranty So that now we're struggling to get the unit to functionally dry and it's just over a year old From a capacity standpoint it's been great and we've been able to put lots of laundry into it we've had no issues with the connectivity to the network or being able to monitor remotely the interface itself has been fine for us And in general we really like the way the unit looks and works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer and dryer combo. So it take a long time for normal wash. But small wash setting usually can do a small/medium load fast. And even then, the ai will adjust the time to think how long the load will take. The only issue, if you have pets or lots of things that gives out lint. You will need to clear the trap behind the detergent dispenser often. And it does save on detergent and softener. Cloths do come smelling good.
