Ventless and 110 instead of 220 plug. They can go anywhere you have water hook up. Washes my clothes better with less water and less work from me. Can control from my phone. I am a baby boomer and I figured out all the new stuff on it. Love love love it.

I loved the idea of this machine. I'm a dog groomer whose business is right behind my house. The thought of being able to put my towels in the washer dryer and come back the next morning and have them be ready to go for the next day was an awesome idea. However, I'm finding out the towels aren't quite dry. Very, very close to dry. But they just feel ever so slightly damp when I take them out of the dryer. Because I'm very busy and tired, I didn't want to have to come back out to my shop to throw towels in a dryer, but now i'm wishing I had got the vented one instead of the ventless, as I believe this may have helped get my towels completely dry!! Other than that, I love this machine. I love that I can fill it up with detergent and I don't have to do that all the time! The towels do come out very clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love new tech and there’s a lot to love about our Bespoke ventless washer/dryer combo. It’s super quiet. Once learned, the interface and SmartThings app are easy to use and customize. They remember my favorite cycles! I was shocked and concerned that a load could take 4-6 hours. It turns out that 4 hours to wash and dry is a comfortable pace for me. I start a load in the morning or before bedtime. Then my laundry is ready for me in the morning or after work. On the weekends, I start a load and then go on to other things — cleaning house, running errands, going to brunch or a movie, relax, soak in the tub, whatever I want to do. When I come home, I fold and put away. No more moving wet clothes sitting and becoming smelly or moving them to the dryer. With the large reservoir, there’s no more adding detergent or softener to each load. Our clothes are washed and dried and smell great every time! Our laundry is on autopilot!

This washer builds up lint internally that requires removal of the top of the machine to reach. Once lint is built up the load will take hours to dry. And yes, I’ve cleaned the standard lint trap every load (not much lint there) and used vacuum and brushes to clean behind the trap. This is a design issue with how the airflow and lint is routed. Not sure if the vented version has this issue, if this product dried consistently I’d be happy with it. 2 in 1 is convenient, just take much longer to do a cycle (even when working correctly)- so be prepared. But until this design is updated I would not recommend this specific model to anyone.

It can take full loads, comforters and blankets. There is no vibration whatsoever when in The rinse cycles. Over all it is a beautiful machine I don’t regret purchasing

Both machines are incredibly quiet, even during heavy spin cycles. The washer easily handles large loads and gets everything perfectly clean, while the dryer is fast and efficient without baking the clothes. The controls are intuitive and easy to figure out right out of the box. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid, reliable upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this washer/dryer combo! From only filling the detergent every couple of weeks to all of the wash and dry options, this appliance is tops! I chose ventless as its going in my upstairs bathroom, and some cycles take longer, but normal cycle takes 2 hours start to finish. Perfect trade off of not having to switch out loads. Lastly, it’s so quiet and zero vibration!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was great for about the first year then the maintence on the machine started to increase. Lint clogs up the drain and if you don't clear it, it sucks out all the laundry soap into one load. About 4 years in and I had to tear it apart again because the clothes were not drying properly to find a massive amount of lint stuck in the back of the machine. Aside from these minor complaints the machine has treated us very well. Think I would go with the vented model next time and see if the maintenance of lint cleaning goes away
