[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best machine I've used. I love the fact that I can load the softener and soap, make it easier for the kids to help with laundry. With the automatic drying after the wash it saves us time, no need to repeat washing cycles when we fail to transfer to the dryer. The notification to my phone, and tv of when the cycles are complete is also a great feature. The vibration is low and the machine can hold my comforters. My only negative is the lint area is hard to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wash and dry cycles work well. There is no moisture in the room with this ventless model. Little to no vibrations even when on a pedestal. Cloths come out wrinkled if left in for an extended amount of time. But if taken out soon after finish no wrinkles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product. Laundry has never been easier! I can start a load and forget it. It has lots of cycles to choose from! My clothes will be ready in a couple hours. It has a large capacity, and I never feel any moisture in my clothes after. The machine is super quiet with no vibrations 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good! nice looking and highly functional, no issues, works as well as my independent ventless washer and dryer from Electrolux that it replaced. Avoid wrinkles by not overloading and shaking out at end of cycle. Takes a bit longer to run loads but this was expected and not more than a few hours max for large load on longest cycles. No vibration issues but on cement lower floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved this machine so much we bought a second one! I do wish the drain hose under it was longer for easier draining! I love that the door opens at the end of the cycle so you avoid mold in the rubber a musty smell! Overall, zero complaints!

Having the ability to wash and dry everything in one machine is incredibly convenient and saves a lot of time and space. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is surprisingly large, and it handles everything from everyday clothes to larger loads with ease. The AI features are a nice touch, and the Super Speed cycles make laundry much less of a chore. I also really appreciate the ventless design since there's no need to worry about an external dryer vent. The machine looks great, runs quietly, and has a very modern, premium feel. Overall, this has made doing laundry significantly easier and more convenient. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my Samsung washer, dryer combo! It washes my clothes nice & clean & when the clothes are dry, there are no wrinkles!! I take care of cleaning the lint out & wipe the inside of the machine as well as the outside to keep it clean!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer/Dryer Combo. The biggest advantage is being able to wash and dry a full load in the same machine without having to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Load it, start the cycle, and come back to clean, dry clothes. The ventless design is also a huge plus. There's no dryer vent to deal with, and the heat-pump drying system is much more efficient than a traditional electric dryer. Despite combining two appliances into one, the capacity is surprisingly good and works well for everyday laundry. The AI features do a good job of taking the guesswork out of selecting settings, and the controls are modern and easy to use. I also really like the automatic detergent dispensing—fill the reservoirs and the machine handles the amount needed for each load. Drying can take longer than a conventional high-powered dryer on certain loads, especially bulky or heavy items, but that's a reasonable tradeoff for the efficiency and convenience of a ventless heat-pump system. Overall, the Bespoke AI All-in-One has made doing laundry much more convenient. It saves space, eliminates transferring wet clothes between machines, uses less energy for drying, and has enough smart features to actually be useful rather than gimmicky. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a modern all-in-one laundry setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung bespoke all in one was more than expected. Being able to throw a load of clothes insides and having it both wash and dry let's me focus on other tasks. With the wrinkle prevent setting, it'll keep the drum moving to prevent wrinkles and successfully too. Highly recommend buying it.

This will be the worst machine I ever brought. Didn't last even 2 years.(last one never broken down and lasted 5 times longer) The door on the bottom stopped closing because the plastic mechanism broke within 3 months. It said 4 hour for wash and dry, but all my loads takes atleast 6 hour. The worst part is even need to buy a replacement filter tray, you can't find one. Not even in Samsung, they only want to charge you money to send someone to replace a filter tray. Not worth your money and time.
