Great Appliance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic appliance with a tremendous number of tools and notifications. Device does require some regularly scheduled user-maintenance (lint filter cleanings, lint receptacle brush/vacuuming, lower filter cleaning, & soap dispenser flushes) to ensure peak performance. All maintenance is detailed in manual with plenty of YouTube videos by owners.
Does a good job

Great washer/dryer but takes getting used to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo for a while now, and while it's a great product overall, it does take some getting used to. The unit's large size made finding a washer pan that would fit underneath challenging, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the drainage hose for the water filter is far too short, making it difficult to maintain properly. Initially, the lack of customization options was a downside, but the experience has definitely improved with recent updates. Once you get the hang of it, this washer/dryer combo is a solid choice
Dangerous and potentially fatal flaw
Dangerous and potentially fatal flaw in the Samsung Bespoke All in One Washer and Dryer. I purchased this product 06/26/2024 and it was received and installed 07/03/2024. At first everything was fantastic, clothes came out clean and dry, I'd set a load before bedtime and we were easily able to keep on top of the laundry for a family of six. After about 6 months I noticed that the laundry was consistently damp at the end of a drying cycle. I followed the instructions on the Samsung support center to clean the heat exchange coils and make sure the lint trap and surrounding area were clean. That seemed to help for a couple loads and then the performance issues returned. I contacted Samsung and a service repairman was sent to look at it. He didn't see anything wrong, and suggested washing the lint trap every few uses to prevent a buildup of fabric softener. The performance issues continued, and it was a huge disappointment to have spent $1,999.99 dollars on a piece of equipment that was having to be run multiple times just to get a dry load of laundry. It became difficult to stay on top of the laundry, and frustrating as the lower washer filter was continually becoming clogged with hair. Finally, out of desperation, seeking answers to this issue, fed up with soggy clothing and multiple runs that used MORE energy, and caused us to constantly be behind on the laundry, I turned to Reddit threads and Youtube. This washer/dryer combo is promoted as being ventless, a huge plus, because of no need to constantly clean an external vent, increasing our risk of a house fire. As a first responder family that was a relief. According to Consumer Affairs, “Dryers are responsible for approximately 13,820 fires annually.” I faithfully cleaned the lint trap every load and followed all the instructions provided by Samsung for continuing maintenance. What I found inside the back of my washer/dryer unit was shocking. After scouring Youtube I finally found an account that showed how to remove the lid and open the top of the lint chute, the chute that carries all the lint up to the trap where it can then be removed. The lint chute was almost completely filled with lint, there was a small hole through which air could get through. This obviously explained the poor performance issues with drying, but was shocking as it's a huge fire hazard, and the only way to reach it is to take apart the washer/dryer. Attached is a photo of the pile of lint that I removed from the unit. Pencil for reference to HOW much lint was stuffed in there. Obviously there is a flaw in the design of the chute that carries the lint to the trap. This will be an ongoing issue, where to fully clean the unit I, as the consumer, have to take apart the washer/dryer to access the built up lint. This is a fatal flaw in this unit, one that I'm grateful to have found, but one that has the potential to cause house fires for the other consumers that have bought it. There is no way to clean the lint, and consumers have no knowledge of the build up unless, like me, they spent hours trying to find somebody on Youtube or Reddit that might know how I could fix my wet laundry. Do better Samsung. In 2023 there were 4,371 fire deaths. So far in 2025 there have been 1,240 home fire deaths. The NFPA reports that, “between 2016 and 2020, the United States experienced an annual average of 350,800 home structure fires.” My family is lucky to not be part of that statistic, you'd better hope that others who bought the same product have that same luck.

Excellent large capacity refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit's compactness is a great asset. It eliminates the need for an additional clothes dryer, therefore, providing more space in the laundry room. It's large 5.3.cubic foot capacity makes it ideal for large loads of laundry. This makes it ideal to wash bulky items such as bedding and curtains. It's efficiency is outstanding. It automatically determines how much water and detergent to use based upon the load size in addition to being able to select from a wide variety settings. It has remarkable automation augmented by AI to determine the most efficient to handle the washing and drying perfectly. It runs on 120 volts without the need of a 240 volt clothes dryer. This results in a substantial savings on the KWH consumption. It's user friendly touch screen interface has remarkable features and is easy to use. The WiFi phone app has outstanding features and help sections. It keeps track of daily use and reports on on power consumption and amount of water used. The app conviently reports on the status of all washing and drying cycles and time remaining. By far, it is a remarkable combo washer and dryer.
Pretty cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the unit for a couple of months. I am still getting used to it. I used to have a huge washer and dryer so I would do laundry about 3 x a week and save because I am doing fewer loads. This takes smaller loads (or else the time needed really goes up). I do need to figure out how to be able to stop in between the cycles so I can remove microfibers--just hasn't been such an issue that I have taken the time to look into it. And, the automatic detergent injection makes my clothes smell nice longer. I don't know how the engineers did it but the clothes are less wrinkled if I don't get to the right away--I love that.
Great for apartments or houses with limited space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine never have to worry about clothes getting stank because I didn't switch it over to dryer is a life saver. Do take some time but is worth it I also save on laundry soap with it because I'm not over pouring anymore it put just enough and you can smell it. It's easy to start the loads not hard my teens and 6 year old can use it . Love that it also connects to my phone so I can see when it's ready and how much time is left on a load as well. The look is clean also not too much. I have a family of 12 going on 14 this machine saves me time and can wash a good bit of clothes at once. AI settings is good to it remember what you select and will put that setting again as an option so no having to click around and pick thru again. Can't complain it's good. Only one thing I don't like and I would say after 3 months I notice some lent build up inside I can't reach I empty after each load just hope it's not a issue later on besides that it's great I love my washer and it has been a great purchase for my apartment I have it hooked up next to my sink and it don't take up too much space my landlord doesn't even know I have a washer he thinks it's a dryer .
