[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for now over a year. The fact that I do not have to worry about transferring laundry was the best. I am currently a working mom and being able to wash my clothes and get notifications about it is also great too. I no longer have to guess whether if my clothes are done or not. I think I gave it a 4 because the fact that I live in an area that freezes my pipes. If you pipes freeze the washer is not usable not even the dryer feature is usable. So you have to physically tend to the pipe thats frozen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice feature if you forget to place clothes in dryer. Terrible at removing hair from clothes. For large families , not ideal. Can't handle large loads like the xl he washers. Full load takes 4 hours to wash and dry. The timer is not always correct on the dryer. Could say 15 minutes longer but in 5 minutes it shuts off and says it's done.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

Lint tends to get stuck behind the trap, we needed to buy a long brush. My biggest complaint is the drain tube on it is too short, so if the filer gets clogged, its a pita to drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature of all in one wash and dry was the main reason we bought this washer, and we are very satisfied The features are very nice...automatic detergent dispenser. Having the smart things feature is great for the time and when each cycle is complete. We got the pedestal and would highly recommend getting it because the washer sits very low and having it puts it right at the size for me and I am just over 5 feet tall . The drawer on the pedestal is very convenient to have for storage. Capacity is very nice can fit a large load however it takes twice as long to dry. Touch screen is very convenient and fairly easy to use.

I haven't had an issue with the amount of clothes, bedding, dogs bedding that I have loaded into the machine at one time. I also LOVE that this doesn't take up much room in my basement and able to use in a small apartment if we are needing to move.
