[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo took a little getting used to but now I don't think I'd ever like to go back to the old way of doing things. I use the AI mode and it is so easy. My clothes get really clean. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product takes long to dry. You'd have to run a complete cycle and add additional time with the “timed dry” feature once the first cycle is completed. It takes about 5 hours for the clothes to be done. The amount of clothes you are able to wash at a time is small as well. It can fit a handful of clothing but the big bulkier items would have to wait to either wash by itself or wash in a smaller load. As this tends to leave some of the clothes really damp. Since it's an all in one it doesn't take up much space. This does allow you to put this in apartments, studios, college dorms. The look of the combo is sleek. It does give modern and allows you to see clearly on what you're selecting for your cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this Samsung Bespoke AI washer/dryer combo is seriously impressive. The ventless all in one design is sleek, modern, and perfect for saving space without sacrificing style. The brushed dark finish gives it that luxury appliance look that instantly upgrades the laundry room. What really stands out is how smart and user friendly it feels. The AI features, large capacity, and all in one convenience make laundry way less of a headache. No moving clothes between machines, no clutter, just simple and efficient. Definitely feels like one of those “adult purchase unlocked” moments 😭. Excited to put it to work.

Was a little concerned about purchasing this washer/dryer combo after reading some of the previous reviews. Have to say all my concerns have been dispelled and I am extremely happy with this machine. The goal was saving time by not having to switch over laundry from washer to dryer. This machine has met this goal and more! One review I read complained about the lint filter. I love the lint filter, it's so much more efficient! Sure, it is in layers, but it comes apart easily and catches the finest lint from each load. Takes less than a minute to clean it out. You'll need to do that pretty much every load, but that was already my habit. Totally love all the wash and dry options too! And each option is easy to dial in on the touch screen. I read about previous concerns about the dryer not drying well. There are times that things are slightly damp at the end of the cycle, but the seems to finish pretty quickly as you pull them out or if they're too damp, there is a dry only cycle that you can run and you can choose a setting in the dry cycle for more dry. As to how clean the laundry comes out, it's very clean. Time of each load will depend on the settings that you choose as well as the type of laundry you are doing. One of the biggest surprises when we received the machine was the size. I've seen combos that were rather small and would not do much laundry at a time. I was very pleased to find that this unit actually did a slightly larger load that the current top load washer that we have. So far I have been very impressed with this combo unit and am very glad that we bought it! I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone and if needed would purchase one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been extremely impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI Ventless Combo Washer/Dryer. The convenience of washing and drying clothes in one machine is a huge upgrade, especially for busy schedules. Being able to start a load and come back to completely dry clothes without transferring anything feels surprisingly life-changing. The ventless heat pump design is another major advantage. Installation is much easier since it runs on a standard outlet and doesn't require a traditional dryer vent. It also runs noticeably quieter and gentler on clothes compared to conventional dryers. The AI features actually feel useful instead of gimmicky. The machine automatically adjusts wash and dry settings based on the load, and the SmartThings integration makes it easy to monitor cycles remotely. The auto-dispense detergent system is also incredibly convenient and saves time every week. Capacity is excellent for a combo unit — it easily handles large family loads, bedding, and towels. Drying performance is much better than older combo machines, and clothes come out soft without overheating. What surprised me most is how modern and premium the unit feels. The touchscreen, design, and overall build quality make the laundry room feel high-end. Overall, this is one of the best all-in-one laundry machines available right now. Perfect for anyone wanting to save space, simplify laundry, and get smart-home convenience in one appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very satisfied with my Samsung washer. It is easy to use, runs quietly, and does an excellent job cleaning clothes. The different wash cycle options make it simple to customize loads based on fabric type and cleaning needs. One feature I appreciate is its large capacity, which allows me to wash more clothes at once and save time. The washer is also energy-efficient and uses water effectively without sacrificing cleaning performance. The machine has a modern design and user-friendly controls that are easy to understand. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and well-rinsed after every cycle. Overall, I would recommend a Samsung washer to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and high-performing washing machine. It offers great value for the price and has made laundry much more convenient.
