Literally, twist on the water hoses, stick the drain hose into the slot, plug it in and that was it. Probably the fastest, easiest install I have ever done. Setting it up was a breeze as well. It tells you exactly what you need to do, step by step, to get started. It tells me when I need to clean the water drain and when to brush off the filter. The best part….it walks you through doing the whole process! No calling a service person to do simple maintenance! It “feels” like it takes a long to wash and dry one load, it really doesn't. It just feels that way since you can't start another load while the first load is drying. I love turning it on, before bed, setting it to prevent wrinkles and having clean clothes when I wake up. So far, I am super happy with this combo! This is coming from a home with 2 people. I do not know how convenient it would be if there was a larger amount of people you are doing laundry for. As for me, super glad I made this purchase!

I would not recommend this to a family though, because the cycle time is very long. As a single person though who only had a load or two of laundry to do a week, the long cycle time does not bother me unless I'm washing my comforter which takes around 4 hours total, but any household with more then two people, you would never get caught up on your laundry at the pace this machine goes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a good product with different views from my family. I love the one step wash and dry function since it eliminates the rewash from someone forgetting to swap the clothes to the dryer. It seems pretty efficient and set up easy. Plug it in to the 110v outlet and hook up the water lines no venting needed. Easy to use and connects to the phone easy. It does require a lot of maintenance. The cleaning cycles have to be ran frequently and they take a while. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is also really long, which you're also not able to wash a second load while one is drying so it makes one day laundry seem to take forever.

I love that we no longer have to swap from machines, makes it so much easier for my kids. Being ventless makes life easier, no more vent to clean. The interface is a little complex for my younger kids, but with smart home I can set the cycle and they just press start, so that works out. The discharge strainer catches a lot. Having dogs that shed and two cats, I’m cleaning the strainer every two weeks. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase of this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine. I love the fact that I can put a load in and go to sleep and wake up with clean clothes. I love the compactness, and the space it saves in my laundry room. The screen is very easy to use. I just wish that I had gone with the vented version, I really have no need for the ventless that I have. I've also found it very hard to get a replacement lint filter/ trap. It's very hard to clean the heat exchanger as you cannot remove it. Other than that it is very efficient with my family's laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one unit is great! Its super power efficient and the space it saves is amazing! The touch screen interface is super easy to use! The laundry capacity is the same as my old washer and dryer. I love that I can track the energy used same with the amount of water used.

It's so efficient with the drying and washing. I was worried it wouldn't dry as good as a regular dryer but it does a great job. Love this washer and dryer combo 10/10 recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good washer dryer combo that will save lots of manual efforts. Detergent is dispensed automatically, no need to transfer your clothes from washer to dryer anymore, the entire process is taken care from start to finish. It also save space by having only one match, allowing you to have have more storage next to it.
