There are a few downsides though. They changed the UI almost a week after getting it, and an update they did made it so that no matter what setting I pick (voice, sound, off) it always talks to me, which is really annoying. You also can't truly customise the cycles. I can't tell it to not ever use fabric softener on my underwear or towels, I have to turn it off every cycle that I don't want it. If it was actually smart it should be automatically off for towels, sportswear, and underwear, since everybody knows that it affects the materials ability to wick away moisture. Other than that I love the machine. It's quite, does the job right, and no more need for a dryer vent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has been our choice for many years. In my log home I needed a ventless dryer and when I saw the All In One was ventless as well as I could do my laundry with one appliance , I had to give it a try. As always with Samsung, I was beyond pleased. This unit is simply amazing ! All of our friends and family are mesmerized to watch it in action! The performance is beyond compare. We live on a farm and work clothes can be quite odorous along with stubborn stains. Our clothes come out smelling more fresh and clean than ever before ! Stains are gone ! There are so many cycles to choose from and I especially love the Tide Pod Cold setting ! I can operate this appliance from my smart phone and it even alerts me when the dry cycle is beginning and again when my laundry cycles are complete. I can set it to where the door automatically opens when finished! Add yet another wonderful feature, you have a reservoir for your detergent and softener, so you don't have to add it for each load. You can also set the amount dispensed. The lint screen is very simple to clean and the washer itself cleans the condenser after every wash load. The brushed finished is very appealing and the design is beautiful. Looks so nice in my laundry room. I just love this beyond words!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer/dryer combo for our new house about a month ago. We really liked the ventless dryer and figured after reading all the reviews we would try it. I love this machine; it cleans our clothes well and uses much less energy than a conventional machine. It is super quiet and is really easy to use. There are so many wash cycle options that you are bound to find one that works for whatever you are washing. I would 100% recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a laundry room update!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be happier with this 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Ventless Laundry Combo. It has completely changed my laundry routine. The all-in-one washer and dryer design saves a ton of space while still handling large loads with ease. The AI features are surprisingly useful, automatically adjusting settings and helping clothes come out clean, fresh, and properly dried every time. I was initially concerned about a ventless dryer, but it works great and eliminates the need for extra installation requirements. The machine is quiet, energy-efficient, and has a modern, premium look that fits perfectly in my home. The large capacity means fewer loads, which saves both time and effort. The SmartThings connectivity is another nice bonus, allowing me to monitor and control cycles from my phone. If you’re looking for a high-tech, space-saving laundry solution that delivers excellent washing and drying performance, I highly recommend this unit. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed this Bespoke All-in-One Combo in our home and it has completely transformed how we handle laundry. The "set it and forget it" aspect is incredible—being able to throw a load in and have it finish completely washed and dried without having to switch machines saves so much time and eliminates forgotten, damp clothes. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily manages large family loads and bulky bedding. The ventless heat pump system is very energy efficient, and the AI features do a great job of guessing the perfect settings. It does take a little longer to dry than a traditional vented dryer, but the sheer convenience more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the way this holds all of our stuff this has been such a game changer for me being as a busy mom . I get a lot more laundry done with this unit I'm almost excited about doing laundry now. Perfect washer for busy moms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic for someone who forgets to switch over the laundry, the only reason I said 4 and not 5 is because I typically have to run another independent dry cycle because the clothes aren't fully dry.

I have given this W/D several months to use and get to know its pros and cons. At this point, it's mostly cons. The only positive is the space-saving aspect. Everything else is terrible. It takes several hours to do one load of laundry, the lint trap is a pain to clean, and the emergency water drain is THE WORST DESIGN FLAW IN HISTORY. I just spent the last hour mopping up the flood that cleaning it resulted in. I sincerely regret this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good machine it does everything that I needed to do Has enough space For plenty of things Besides large items like a King or queen size duvet Has enough cycles to do what I needed to do Doesn't vibrate too much Dries really well And get out most of the wrinkles I recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are overall happy. Wash and dry times are longer than expected, but perfect for overnight. Lint tends to get stuck behind the trap, we needed to buy a long brush. My biggest complaint is the drain tube on it is too short, so if the filer gets clogged, its a pita to drain
