All around- a phenomenal washer & dryer! I've had this for a few months now- let me tell y'all about the Pros & Cons- Pros: Huge Capacity!! Quick Washes and Drying Cycles! Super Quiet & Gentle Remembers your customizations & stores them for future uses Easy to use UI & Super efficient with the built in apps! Easy to install! Cons: No Pre-Wash option- I feel as though that's the only missing option.. there's a rinse & spin option, but kinda would like to have the ability to use a pre-wash option for towels!

I have bought quite a few 2 in 1 combo . Overseas it's a regular washing and drying machine. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and it is the best I have ever bought. I bought an LG 6 months ago but there is no comparison. My laundry doesn't smell like they burned or dried to hot or to fast. I don't have to take the wet clothes out and shake them and put them back in to prevent wrinkling like the LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really happy with my Bespoke all-in-one washer dryer combo so far. One of the biggest benefits has been how much time it saves me since I no longer have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. I can start a load and come back later to everything completely finished, which has made laundry so much more convenient and less stressful. Performance has also been excellent. I've had no issues at all with washing or drying, and everything has come out clean and fresh every time. It's been a great addition to my home and has made laundry feel much easier overall. I've only had it for a few months, so I'm hoping it continues to perform this well over time, but based on my experience so far, I'm very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very nice to be able to use one machine. However the time it takes to complete a load are very misleading from the advertisements and take much longer. Also the coils collect pet hair and lent which is frustrating because it's very hard to reach. I feel like they could've been designed for easier maintenance. We love everything else just wish it were a little more convenient.

I chose this particular model for many reasons, one, it was a better fit for my small laundry closet and I was able to build in a counter and a cabinet and some needed shelving. The Pedestal lifts the machine to a perfect height, no more bending down to reach inside. It is quiet, runs a load in the same time it would for a wash and dry. You can set it to stop so you are able to add your dryer sheets or balls when it's time for the dry cycle. This model has so many cycles to choose from so you are able to use it like a professional service! I have my machine connected to my Smart House so I am always aware of the process when in use. Also, it can integrate other Samsung products which you can see on the screen while doing laundry-amazing. Auto fill for the detergent, softener and bleach is a big plus! The best feature of the Bespoke, it is VENTLESS! WOW! I was tired of the cost of having someone come out and clean the in wall (and attic) vent pipes because of the weird angle they were installed as. Overall, saves money, time and worry. If you are limited on space, or just want the best, this is the one to buy.

Do take some time but is worth it I also save on laundry soap with it because I'm not over pouring anymore it put just enough and you can smell it. It's easy to start the loads not hard my teens and 6 year old can use it . Love that it also connects to my phone so I can see when it's ready and how much time is left on a load as well. The look is clean also not too much. I have a family of 12 going on 14 this machine saves me time and can wash a good bit of clothes at once. AI settings is good to it remember what you select and will put that setting again as an option so no having to click around and pick thru again. Can't complain it's good. Only one thing I don't like and I would say after 3 months I notice some lent build up inside I can't reach I empty after each load just hope it's not a issue later on besides that it's great I love my washer and it has been a great purchase for my apartment I have it hooked up next to my sink and it don't take up too much space my landlord doesn't even know I have a washer he thinks it's a dryer .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been a complete game changer for me. I used to be terrible about doing laundry—I'd leave clothes sitting in the washer and end up re-washing them two or three times. Since switching to an all-in-one machine, it's incredibly easy: load the clothes, set it, and start the cycle. At the end—voilà—they're done. Now it's so much easier to stay focused on putting everything away and keeping things organized. This has truly been a game changer for my laundry routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with my Samsung all-in-one front load washer. Honestly, it saves a lot of time because I don't have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. I simply load the clothes, and when the cycle is done, everything comes out clean and dry, ready to put away. I've also noticed that it optimizes detergent really well, so I end up using much less soap. As far as energy usage, my electric bill hasn't really been affected like I expected, especially compared to having a traditional 220V dryer. This all-in-one washer runs on 110V, and overall it has been an excellent purchase for me. I haven't had any issues with it so far.
