[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Ai Laundry Combo is amazing the interface is so intelligent it can automatically sense your load and it cleans your clothes so well it's also cool because you can use your phone to control it and it can take so much item together it looks so cool and fits perfectly both washes and drys absolutely perfect

I have had the washer combo about three months now. I bought it with the matching pedestal. The pedestal is expensive, but raises the opening to a usable height, and provides a place to store detergent, etc. I would highly recommend that. The washer does an excellent job at getting clothes clean, and they always come out completely dry (I left the default "open door at finish" setting, which probably helps). The surprising thing is that the detergent dispensing, together with not having to move the clothes to a dryer, makes the process easier than anticipated. It does take a long time, but not much of MY time. The unit also allows you to set a delay on washing, to take advantage of lower time-of-day electric rates. Oddly, it only allows you to set the end time, not the start time, and the estimated cycle time, which is often way off, influences this. Not a deal breaker, just humorous for me. I had to rebuild the cabinetry in my laundry room to suit the height of this unit, but the new cabinets are more functional anyway. Looks good, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been one of the best Washer/dryer combos I've ever had. Well, that's the only one I've ever had. It's got great capacity for those large duvets, but it also has a small footprint compared to the need to buy two separate washer and dryer units. It fits in without having to be vented so you don't have to worry about that opening to the outside. I think it's clogged for your dryer vent and it has been easy to maintain. I mean, you just follow the topics on the screen and it's done. I mean does take a while to wash and dry anything, but it has been fantastic. I mean, it does have a feature where you can set it up to be done at a certain time like I guess an automation type feature, but it takes and starts the washing process right when you enter that time, even though that time may be eight hours away. So it's kind of unusual, but maybe I haven't use it right. But this has been by far the best washer/dryer machines I've ever had! I suggested to everybody who asks. I would suggest that if you buy it, you can get the pedestal. Can you order it with the washer dryer unit itself because The load door is really low so anybody who is taller, it is a pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! It's onboard soap dispensing is mess free and a time saver. The versatility of the features/parameters let me wash everything and dry perfectly (if desired) without high heat. The heat pump does not add a degree of heat to the laundry room and the efficiency of the lint screen catches all the lint; no fuzz or dust. The machine reminds me to perform the maintenance tasks, such as tube clean, and all it takes is to touch the start button. It send a message to my phone to tell me when it done. I just it would fold the clothes too! Maybe that will be included in the next model 🤔

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had 3 of these. 1 was bought back by Samsung, 2 are still operating. About every 3 months we have to take the top off, disconnect the ducting to the condenser and vacuum out the lint build up. Certainly not engineered correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best washing and drawer system installed. It has different type of features which allows deep wash and also quick clean for small washed. It cleans out most of the stains in just one wash. The best feature this that it gets connected to the phone really easily and you can just send all the settings for your wash from your phone. You will get a notification if your tv is also connected to SmartThings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously was going to laundry mat due to no hook ups. This made it possible for me to be able to do laundry in my home. There are so many features that you can do with this. We have samsung phones and one samsung tv and it is linked with them to let us know when to put dryer sheets in. You dont have to put dryer sheets in if you want to start a load when your out. Depending on the load size, it can take about 2 to 3 hours. It also depends on the settings that you have it on. I feel like it was worth the money spent. Also I have it set on normal dry and have had no issues with damp clothes.
