[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is efficient with a large capacity that allow to do heavy load. I enjoy the convenience of all in one that save time for doing other things. The interface is easy to use and sufficient usage of detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is trumpsheals56 again Now I'll tell you what we may have gotten that fridge on accident but this hair was no mistake now I was kind of skeptical at first when they told me it had that IA or whatever it is in there but I don't really know too much about a computer but I tell you what you asked that IA or whatever her name is to do whatever it is you want and she'll do anything but just about clean your rear end, heck I told her to find my far ugly daughter a boyfriend so she'll stop calling me on the phone and sure enough she started sneaking the pastor through the window, this product is worth evry penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my all in one, I wish it was easier to clean less parts but overall I love it, I stop it from the app to make sure my clothes don't over dry, I have washed my king size comforter and it's perfect for family of 4

4 weeks ago (Last edited 4 weeks ago ) in Washers and Dryers I have had my Samsung unit combo-ventless about two-weeks and have done 7 loads . So far, lovely and perfect. Am being careful and doing only small loads, normal cycle, and same fabrics in one load , and one load on one day no loads back to back. Some note a potential design flaw, where an inaccessible, nonvisible channel accumulates lint to point rendering dryer unuseable . I still would buy another same unit if could use this one with no repairs close to a year …. It would be nice, if some rebate on a second unit possible from Samsung …. Concept. This unit is revolutionalizing cleaning of fabrics and no way I would go back A computerized marvel ! …most important believe is to let no one use unit after arrives, until set up by yourself in settings, and run crucial calibration cycle before doing any loads. No loads. If not aware of this task, ….trouble in running a first load and maybe there after. Believe need to avoid installers running test load before calibration cycle

We needed a ventless system because our current dryer vent would constantly get wet and was going to cost a small fortune to move the vent. This combo doesn't need vented, is used with a standard 110V outlet which saves money and because it's an all in one you don't even have to move from the washer to the dryer! We're a family of 5 and live on a small farm so we do 1 to 2 loads a day and we cloth diaper our infant. This thing handles it all just fine and a single load from start to finish averages 2.5 hours which is excellent. We have all Samsung appliances and they all link together from the app which is convenient too. This was our best appliance purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really fantastic and the capacity is much longer than I expected. The ventless option definitely takes a long time, but in a smaller space definitely worth the exchange. The touch Screen is super cool and sent to AI mode is the best. Now I can set my washer from my phone with SmartThings. It makes doing laundry breeze. Filling the auto dispenser is like filling your car. It's fantastic not to have to think about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a great product the only downfall of it is the closed tend to be really the only downfall of it is the clothes tend to be really wrinkled . if we could work on that this would be an awesome product

All around- a phenomenal washer & dryer! I've had this for a few months now- let me tell y'all about the Pros & Cons- Pros: Huge Capacity!! Quick Washes and Drying Cycles! Super Quiet & Gentle Remembers your customizations & stores them for future uses Easy to use UI & Super efficient with the built in apps! Easy to install! Cons: No Pre-Wash option- I feel as though that's the only missing option.. there's a rinse & spin option, but kinda would like to have the ability to use a pre-wash option for towels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for now over a year. The fact that I do not have to worry about transferring laundry was the best. I am currently a working mom and being able to wash my clothes and get notifications about it is also great too. I no longer have to guess whether if my clothes are done or not. I think I gave it a 4 because the fact that I live in an area that freezes my pipes. If you pipes freeze the washer is not usable not even the dryer feature is usable. So you have to physically tend to the pipe thats frozen.
