No need to move clothes to another machine to dry. The ventless dryer works better than expected with the internal heat pump. Just need to keep the lint trap really clean and have a pretty full load to get the clothes nice and dry

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 4 kids, I was afraid the wash and dry time would be an issue. It’s not. I love that we no longer have to swap from machines, makes it so much easier for my kids. Being ventless makes life easier, no more vent to clean. The interface is a little complex for my younger kids, but with smart home I can set the cycle and they just press start, so that works out. The discharge strainer catches a lot. Having dogs that shed and two cats, I’m cleaning the strainer every two weeks. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase of this machine.

If you buy this get the extended warranty. I actually advise you to do that with any purchase especially with Samsung. I live outside of Orlando and when the machine started leaking they had no one available to repair it. They just sent me a check. At least I learned that I don't care for front loading washers or being held hostage by an all in one. I would rather have separate systems even as a smaller family of three. Also the dryer vent is hard to clean and to run the cleaning function for both the washer and dryer settings takes 5+ hours. The only plus side is not having to move clothes over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a all-in-one combination washer and dryer. The capacity is decent at 5.3 cu ft. The dryer function is electric and no dryer vent is required. This is a smart appliance and you can connect to it via the Samsung SmartThings app (you must create an account). This means you can check the status, download wash profiles, and perform some basic operations. It also tells you its energy use and reminds you to clean the lint filter or run the clean cycle. However, sometimes it says the clean cycle should be run even though you already ran the clean cycle. There are many wash profiles and you can adjust the options (temperature, load size, amount of detergent to dispense, whether to run the dry cycle, etc). Although it is very convenient to wash and dry your clothes without having to unload and load in between, the wash and dry cycle takes 2 or more hours to run. If you have multiple loads to wash then it will be a long wait. We have been using it for about a year and so far it has been working well.

IT GIVES YOU THE ABILITT TO PLACE YOUR ITEMS INTO THE WASHLER AND DRY , WHICH IS COMPACTED TOGETHER. So load into the machine and one load completely washing and drying your clothing items. No , going up and down the stairs to place clothes into dryer from washer. Bespoke is a washer and dryer combined! Take care of small medium loads easily! For industrial workers who have to work in rough environments this is The best!
