[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Washer. At first glance it seems small and low capacity, but the capacity is surprisingly large. Love the smart things connection and the AI wash mode. The control panel is mostly straight forward, it takes a bit learning at first. The drying function leaves the clothes very dry, much better than other separate driers I have used in the past. Only downside is that the wash cycles and dry cycles take very long

If you buy this get the extended warranty. I actually advise you to do that with any purchase especially with Samsung. I live outside of Orlando and when the machine started leaking they had no one available to repair it. They just sent me a check. At least I learned that I don't care for front loading washers or being held hostage by an all in one. I would rather have separate systems even as a smaller family of three. Also the dryer vent is hard to clean and to run the cleaning function for both the washer and dryer settings takes 5+ hours. The only plus side is not having to move clothes over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a washer/dryer on my first floor without requiring a vent pipe. This product fit my needs perfectly. Plus, it uses less space and runs on 120 amps so I don't need the 240 amps outlet for drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo AI Home 7" LCD Display AI OptiWash™ for almost a year and Love It! It works great and reminds you of everything you need do to make it run smoothly. No more worries about remembering to put the washed clothes in the dryer because it will dry the clothes for you.

This machine promises the future but delivers a headache. For a "premium" appliance, the performance is shockingly poor. Dryer is Useless: Because it's ventless, it takes forever. A single load of towels takes nearly five hours, and even then, they come out feeling "steamy" and damp rather than dry. The "AI" is Not Smart: The AI OptiWash feature constantly miscalculates the load weight. It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. It sounds like a jet engine taking off in the laundry room. Bottom Line: It's a beautiful-looking machine that fails at its two basic jobs: washing and drying. It's way too expensive for something that makes laundry day take twice as long. Don't buy Samsung product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this machine is that it washes and dries in one machine. I would always wash a load and forget to put it in the dryer. So problem solved. So far the only problem I've had is that when it's in the drying cycle the clothes get tangled and come out wrinkled. I haven't been able to find a way to have a heated dry cycle to get the wrinkles out, it only allows for an air dry cycle. That doesn't get the wrinkles out. Other than that I am pretty happy with the machine. The drum has a huge capacity so comforters fit in easy. I like that it self cleans itself too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my old washer finally broke, I looked out there and found that this new Samsung all in one washer/dryer was new on the market. Despite her skepticism, I convinced the wife to give it a go by showing her how much more efficient and energy saving this combo washer/dryer was than our old separate washer and dryer set. In many areas including ours, it even qualified for a rebate. Besides that, it would save a lot of space in our laundry room. After having it for a few months, I can really say it has changed how we do laundry. My wife's concerns have been alleviated, as this combo actually gets the clothes warm and toasty dry. My wife heard that these combo wash/dry units leave the clothes damp. Not so with this unit.......our clothes come out actually dry! While you will not be able to do high volume binge washing and drying with a combo, it is absolutely WONDERFUL to put your clothes in whenever and come back to a clean, fresh, and dry load of laundry. No worrying that you will forget to transfer to dryer because you went to sleep, left for work, whatever....... and then have to rewash the whole load because the clothes smell because you left them wet. It has really changed how we do laundry. We now do not have to dedicate a day or time to laundry when we know we will be home to transfer to dryer, as we now can start a load whenever we feel like and come home to clean dry clothes. This thing is a winner and the wife loves it. Glad we bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, love this washer and dryer combo. Love the huge drum, it was so easy to connect and hook up. It's so efficient with the drying and washing. I was worried it wouldn't dry as good as a regular dryer but it does a great job. Love this washer and dryer combo 10/10 recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fantastic purchase! We got it for the ventless feature and it works great. The automatic change from wash to dry makes sure that my teenager doesn't leave wet clothes in the washer. The machine comes with plenty of cycle options and is very easy to use. We would definitely buy another, if we had the space. We like the “smart” features of this washer/dryer. It keeps us informed of when loads are completed without having to check or listen for the chime. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this washer/dryer combo! It's quiet, easy to use, and the AI settings take the guesswork out of laundry. Clothes come out clean and dry, and the ventless design made installation a breeze. Highly recommend!
