We bought ours a month ago and the first week was a learning curve, but we love it now! I've found for most things to use the AI Optiwash and dry setting works well. I love not having to transfer the clothes to dry and tend to put a load in at night and in the morning it's good to go! I also love the ventless dryer and how much cleaner my laundry room is without all the lint. Only downside is I wish there was a pedestal for it- it has a large capacity which is great, just hard to get down and reach to the back. The BeSpoke universal stand does not work for this machine.

My clothes come out so incredibly clean, and it is very simple to use. I appreciate all of the different settings, including an AI feature that will choose settings based on the material of the items you put in the wash. It automatically dispenses detergent and softener, so you don't overuse. I have this connected to the SmartThings app on my phone along with my other Samsung products, and I love how when the laundry is done I get a ping on both my phone and tv! Overall great product, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received delivery of our Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo. First impression is the machine is larger and heavier than I anticipated, but because I do not need a separate washer and dryer unit it saves space overall. The only negative is if you need to move the machine for any reason, dropped item or to clean around it, you will need at least 2 people in order to do so. The set up was very easy with the Smart Things app. I love technology, especially when user friendly. The app allows you to completely control the washer/dryer and to keep an update on the progress of the wash/dry cycle which is really cool. I love all of the bells and whistles and the ability to customize your laundry cycle is much appreciated. We have only run one test load of laundry and for some reason it took around 5 hours for the wash and dry cycle. This may have been due to the AI energy saving feature, so I will have to run several more loads before judging the time needed for each load. The only other recommendation I would give is for Samsung to include the bottom base to increase the height of the door. My wife commented the door is very low so loading and unloading laundry can be hard on your back. Overall, the machine looks great, love the screen and options on the washer/dryer, as well as the Smart Things app. Weight of the item could be an issue if it needs to be moved, time to run a load may be an issue, and heigh of the door would benefit from a sturdy base/riser.

Bought this machine and had my plumber hook it up and the first time I tried to use it water poured out from under the bottom getting my new floors completely covered in water. Then they had someone come out on Wednesday to look at it and tell me it would be next Tuesday before he comes back to fix it while my clothes continue to pile up.

We often start the washing machine, walk away and return 12 hours later and need to rewash the laundry before we can dry it. No longer an issue! This machine dry's everything, including the inside of the machine. (No more front loader smelly washer issues.)

We opted to get the Bespoke combo unit and it was super easy to install in that spot. The way you can go from wash to dry without transferring loads is a great convenience for us. Set it and go! It offers a very large capacity of 5.3 c.f. I had never heard of Ventless dryers before, but was familiar with heat pump technology, so I was all in on that idea. The energy rating on this machine is great. You only need a 120-volt outlet and it is Energy Star rated. The smart app from Samsung is easy to use and intuitive. A side benefit is that it looks modern, clean and is a space saver as well. 20 year Warranty on the Inverter motor is a bonus.
