My appliance was delivered in the date scheduled and at an early time which was perfect. The delivery men said it was a heavy machine but still took their time and installed it in my basement without any issues. All three delivery guys were profesional. Took them less than ten minutes to do the installation and the appliance was ready to use. The smart things app was easy to download and gives me ease of use while using the machine. I was able to view the washing and drying cycle while being out of the house. The capacity of the appliance is great, I'm able to put large comforters without any problems. It's definitely not a small machine. The inside of the appliance is like other machines, but large. The display says it takes about two hours to wash and dry clothes all together. I put everything in the washer pressed the AI option of wash and dry and left. When I returned home everything was washed and dried. For the auto dispenser you just have to make sure you add detergent and fabric softener and you're good to go. The auto dispenser holds enough detergent for a few loads. Lastly I'd like to say I am highly satisfied with my choice. I've only had the appliance for about a week now but so far all good.

This washing machine is truly magical, from the smart screen that can integrate with ring and other smart devices to the all in one washing/Drying functionality. it has loads of space and great features. First of all the fit and finish is great all around, it is stainless steel but I was really surprised is how Fingerprint Resistant it is. The Washing Machine looks clean even after a week and half of use. The installation was breeze, we just need to make sure that the water line is compatible with Washing Machine, mine was a standard water line and it perfectly well. Other than that it was just plugging into the outlet and we were all set! I love the connectivity of this, the smart thing app was a breeze to set up with a walkthrough of each setup of the process. The App has all of the features as at the standard control panel but it is a lot better because you have more space to read and toggle all our options. It show real time updates like how much laundry is remaining. Once it is done, it does give you a notification alert. Coming to the washing machine itself it is quite good, it has all the great AI features, which it initially tests with a small load of water and adjusts accordingly for the wash cycle. My washing machine is about five years old and over that I see a notable difference in the washing quality. Whenever I use soft fabrics, my old machine would wash it too much giving kind of faded color, the samsung machine is great as it able to recognize it and adjust accordingly. It made my life so much easier as I don't have to change the setting every time, I could just select Normal wash and the washing machine would handle the rest. Although, I didn't test it enough, I feel like the washing machine has been using significantly less water. My only pet-peeve is I wish they the drying time is little less than it is. But given that this is ventless machine, I am still mesmerized at its capabilities and functionalities. If you are looking for all-in one smart washing machine, then this is it, period!

It is wider than the other appliances, but also allowed us to move our deep freeze into the laundry room. It holds a full hamper full of clothes. I love that I just load it up with my preferred laundry detergent and it can auto-detect to use based on the load. At the end of the cycle, a summary of the wash is provided if you choose AI to let you know what took place.

Our current dryer vent is in a terrible location onto our screened in porch, so we had been researching heat pump equipped/ventless dryers. I had looked at other All in one models last year but there was not much selection. This year there were more options, and we chose the Samsung because of the integration with SmartThings and our other appliances. Smart things provides us alerts about the wash progress on our other devices and lets us control and send settings from our phone to the all in one. We have been using our supply of laundry pods but look forward to using the large detergent and softener reservoirs soon, once we use up our pods. The lint trap does need to be cleaned between every cycle and takes a little bit of extra effort to clean, because it has several layers and you need to remove it from a frame and remove a panel to reach all of the surfaces. We keep a small vacuum nearby to make cleaning more efficient. So far we really enjoy our all in one and find that our clothes get very dry and that the process is relatively quick. It is very nice to put in a load at night or before work and wake up or come home to fully clean and dry clothes. We are also very happy that our screened in porch is no longer covered in dryer lint! We bought ours a month ago and the first week was a learning curve, but we love it now! I've found for most things to use the AI Optiwash and dry setting works well. I love not having to transfer the clothes to dry and tend to put a load in at night and in the morning it's good to go! I also love the ventless dryer and how much cleaner my laundry room is without all the lint. Only downside is I wish there was a pedestal for it- it has a large capacity which is great, just hard to get down and reach to the back. The BeSpoke universal stand does not work for this machine.

Throw it in, push a couple of buttons, and come back when the phone dings. What could be easier? Lint removal is a snap with a two inch soft painters brush, and the automatic washing of the internal lint route seems to be working fine. The load times ate quite reasonable, a normal load takes between two and two and a half hours. We gained much needed space and added a utility sink in that area. We love it and recommend to all our friends.
