[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how good the clothes are washed. They always feel and smell so clean. Having the dryer in one is so cool. No need to move clothes to another machine to dry. The ventless dryer works better than expected with the internal heat pump. Just need to keep the lint trap really clean and have a pretty full load to get the clothes nice and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are retired couple and recently purchased a new all-in-one ventless Samsung machine. We are very impressed with the ease of use of the electronic display. Starting a load is a logical process. The overall quietness of operation for the washing and drying cycles are truly amazing. We are sure this machine will last us a long time. We intend to add the riser for the machine to set on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a family of four. For the moment I only have one machine and hopefully in the future plan to buy another one. Both me and my wife have very busy jobs, it takes a lot of our time. With two boys including ourselves laundry can get in the way. This machine with its washing and drying COMBO alone helps a ton. but if you consider the fact that it dispenses detergent without you needing to be there, notifies you when it's done washing and drying is a plus. So many features like setting a timer to start the machine. So that you can be present when it finishes. The drum is huge and holds a ton of clothes and comes out, clean, even when filled to capacity. The interface is easy to use nothing complicated it's straight to the point. Can be plugged into a conventional Outlet and be ventless to boot.

This machine promises the future but delivers a headache. For a "premium" appliance, the performance is shockingly poor. Dryer is Useless: Because it's ventless, it takes forever. A single load of towels takes nearly five hours, and even then, they come out feeling "steamy" and damp rather than dry. The "AI" is Not Smart: The AI OptiWash feature constantly miscalculates the load weight. It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. It sounds like a jet engine taking off in the laundry room. Bottom Line: It's a beautiful-looking machine that fails at its two basic jobs: washing and drying. It's way too expensive for something that makes laundry day take twice as long. Don't buy Samsung product

This was purchased about a month ago, had a great offer thru my employer so I went for it. Up to today it has been wonderful, i found if you just leave it on normal and let the AI do its job clothes are done is less than 3 hrs with regular load. Today however, one load finished, moved on the the next load, after cleaning the lint trap which I do after every load, and now it gives me a lint trap error. Filter is clean, got inside the machine as best as I could thru the lent trap door but could not resolve the problem. No I am waiting to hear back from a 3rd party repair company so they can set an appointment to come and take a look. I am still rating a 4 star because up until now it has been perfect. I hope this one issue is not a sign of things to come. Also, just a suggestion, Samsung you are big enough to have your own internal repair group and not contract out to 3rd parties, I hope I am not waiting weeks to get this repair done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is efficient with a large capacity that allow to do heavy load. I enjoy the convenience of all in one that save time for doing other things. The interface is easy to use and sufficient usage of detergent.

I have bought quite a few 2 in 1 combo . Overseas it's a regular washing and drying machine. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and it is the best I have ever bought. I bought an LG 6 months ago but there is no comparison. My laundry doesn't smell like they burned or dried to hot or to fast. I don't have to take the wet clothes out and shake them and put them back in to prevent wrinkling like the LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working great no issues. Good, very power efficient. The bad, if left in eco modes, it takes hours to do a load. For our use, it works great as we load in up yhe night before, then it's done in the morning, then we load in morning, it's done when we get home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is extremely efficient on washing and drying clothes without having to do anything. It has a huge capacity so it washes lots of clothes at once. I like that it fits nicely where just one washer would go. The ui is super nice to use and great to control and manage from the phone too.
