I'm switching from pods to liquid due to the fact I can use the auto dispenser! Makes it so much easier. The app is simple to use. Basically it's a plug and play app. Samsung makes the app simple to use and easy to understand. It notifies you when it's done and pauses mid-cycle gives you 10 min to stop/switch clothes for drying. Biggest learning curve is changing your laundry routine to washing & drying all at one time. I've learned to wash my non-dry items together. That way I don't have to stop it at all. Also, by utilizing the AI it will help with simplify the laundry process for you. It tells you which methods you use the most often and you can set it up. Instead of 6 hours with my previous Samsung Smart Washer/dryer Set it's now under 4 hours. Love the filter! It lets you know when it needs to be cleaned out. On top of that, it comes out easily in little squares, not a huge clumping mess, even the dog hair. Virtually no hair is left in the seam of the door like there has been with other machines. Once in a while with this machine I may pick a small piece out. But, it's with a large bedding piece or dog bed so it makes sense. The tub is large enough to put a full California King comforter and sheet set inside and clean it altogether. It will actually come out clean and completely dry in this machine, When I am able to afford to add another water line, I want a second set!

I LOVE this washer/dryer. I have a family of 5, plus 2 cats and 3 dogs all inside. I was a little worried when I saw the “normal” cycle would take 4 hours when I started our first load. A month later, I have used a lot of the other cycles offered in the machine. I like that I can taylor how much fabric softener is used according to my preference. The app allows the machine to let me know when to remove the clean clothes/towels/bedding. Even the longer settings save me time.

It's quiet and makes living in a new york apartment life so much easier! Was easy for my husband to Intall and fit perfectly inside the closet! All the settings available and if your unsure being able to hit AI setting makes my life with kids that much easier. No more hours at the laundry mat. I just set it and forget it, and having it hooked up to my phone and being able to control it is everything I need and more. Well worth every penny!

No need for airvent for dryer. Which means it can be placed anywhere in the house with water and drain. 3. Big auto dispenser for liquiddetergent. Need to fill may be once a month only. 4. Care cycles shows up when needed. No need to remember when to run vlean cycles. 5. Much less space compare to separate washer and dryer. 6. Very quiet operation even at high spinning spoed. I like it enough to buytwo, one for my main house and one for my ADU.

We were able to continue using The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo while we received our replacement. Filling the cartridge makes doing laundry easy. Cleaning the lint after each wash is a little tedious, nonetheless a with Swifter Duster that has replacement pads makes it easy to clean. Keeping up with maintenance while using this unit will surely make this amazing laundry combo last for years to come. Updates will be posted after a year of use. January 15, 2026.

I was hesitant to purchase the combo after reading reviews of loads that were taking 5 or 6 hours, but my husband convinced me to get it anyway. I must say that the longest load time I have had since getting the combo three weeks ago was about 4 1/2 hours but it was a large load of blankets. The average time for washing and drying for me has been about 2 to 3 hours which is not bad considering it is both washing and drying. I appreciate the design aspect of the combo as well; it is very sleek and having only one machine created space in my laundry area for me to put up shelving. Considering my initial hesitancy to make this purchase, I am extremely pleased with my Bespoke combo and have been telling everyone I know that they need to get one!!

My clothes come out so incredibly clean, and it is very simple to use. I appreciate all of the different settings, including an AI feature that will choose settings based on the material of the items you put in the wash. It automatically dispenses detergent and softener, so you don't overuse. I have this connected to the SmartThings app on my phone along with my other Samsung products, and I love how when the laundry is done I get a ping on both my phone and tv!
