[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a Samsung ventless heat pump dryer and decided to upgrade to an all in one unit to save floor space. I love the efficiency! Clothes also come out very warm and dry, unlike the cool and slightly damp clothes from a traditional heat pump dryer. The only two complaints I have are the difficulty of taking apart the lint filter and the lack of setting a start time. Only being able to set an end time has resulted in the dryer still running two hours after the scheduled end. Hopefully updates fix the scheduled run issues. The built in detergent reservoirs are nice, as well as the energy and water monitors. The child lock works well, although the door pop feature at the end of a load will not work if it's engaged. Normal loads typically take about four hours. That time is split about even between wash and dry. We have been running it at night since it's so quiet. The AI setting can add an hour to the total time. We haven't experimented much with the load settings beyond "Normal" "AI" and "Bedding". There are so many, we wont struggle to find an appropriate setting for any load. We currently have it sharing a 20amp circuit with a deep freezer. There have been no issues with tripping breakers over several loads. We got our first update today! It corrected the estimates of water and energy used. Both were so comically low or high, I knew they were wrong. Finally, this is at least a two person job to move. It's a heavy machine! Also, double check where you want to install it. Our original location was too shallow and we needed to move it to the other side of the laundry room.

I'm switching from pods to liquid due to the fact I can use the auto dispenser! Makes it so much easier. The app is simple to use. Basically it's a plug and play app. Samsung makes the app simple to use and easy to understand. It notifies you when it's done and pauses mid-cycle gives you 10 min to stop/switch clothes for drying. Biggest learning curve is changing your laundry routine to washing & drying all at one time. I've learned to wash my non-dry items together. That way I don't have to stop it at all. Also, by utilizing the AI it will help with simplify the laundry process for you. It tells you which methods you use the most often and you can set it up. Instead of 6 hours with my previous Samsung Smart Washer/dryer Set it's now under 4 hours. Love the filter! It lets you know when it needs to be cleaned out. On top of that, it comes out easily in little squares, not a huge clumping mess, even the dog hair. Virtually no hair is left in the seam of the door like there has been with other machines. Once in a while with this machine I may pick a small piece out. But, it's with a large bedding piece or dog bed so it makes sense. The tub is large enough to put a full California King comforter and sheet set inside and clean it altogether. It will actually come out clean and completely dry in this machine, When I am able to afford to add another water line, I want a second set!

After having a stackable, which the washer didn't last I was skeptical about getting this but… my goodness I love this thing!!! A few surprises too on the touchscreen. Great space saver and clothes are always super dry. Wow!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased July 1, still haven't figured it out. The time to both wash and dry is generally 3 hours. I don't need the weather on my washer. It takes forever to feel my touch on the power button. Too heavy for me to move or even scoot back.

I like the fact that i'm able to wash and dry my clothes in the same machine, I don't have to do any transfer of my clothes. The only thing that i don't like is that the cloths takes longer to wash and dry but it washes your clothes very clean. I would definitely buy again.

Mine is in a laundry closet and the fact that it's one unit vs two conserves a lot of space. It's sleek. It's also great not to have to switch laundry from the washer to the dryer. Saves socks from getting lost in the shuffle.

No more forgetting clothes in the washer and having to rewash before drying. We run 3-4 loads of laundry per week and it's perfect for our lifestyle. Usually, we put a load in at night and it's dry and ready to go in the morning. We have a cramped laundry room and we're happy to get a little space back with this combo unit. I did have one little snafu because I left out one of the filter pieces (there are 3). The unit told us there was a problem with the filter and at first we couldn't figure it out. Later we realized it was operator error in leaving a piece off after cleaning the filter. With all 3 pieces back in place we were up and running. We love this combo! We recently reached 15 washes and it tells you it's time for cleaning. Included is a clip of the cleaning cycle.
