[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung all in one washer and dryer is amazing. It finishes loads in a fair amount of time. It has an ultra capacity load size so you can put considerably more clothes in it than with your regular washer. It doesn't matter how big of a load you put in it, it calculates the weight of the load and begins washing once it has done that. The screen is easy to use and understand. Having the all in one gives us so much more space in our laundry room too because instead of your traditional washer and dryer which takes up the whole wall of the laundry room. It only takes up half the wall.

It was 30 minutes to wash an hour to dry now this new dryer and washer combo takes about 2 to 3 hours. I like that I don’t have to take things from the washer to the dryer. It’s a combo I like that part, but I hate the time that it takes it completely changed how I do my laundry.

Clothes come out smelling cleaner than they ever have in a regular machine. It holds a lot of clothes. It’s great because you only need one unit for everything! It doesn’t take up much space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit a couple months now. It’s been great. Throw everything in hit start and laundry is washed and dried. I have the space for a washer and dryer but prefer the all in one solution not just for convenience but safety. This doesn’t have a dryer vent to get clogged over heat and cause fires. One of our biggest fears. It has saved us money on top of it. Very happy with this purchase.

An absolute waste of my money.After about 8 months all my clothes started to smell like mold.nothing helped.we did everything by the book to upkeep it. Samsung came and told us that hose installation was wrong, It was not.we learned down the road that the machine is not taking the water completely out and it takes time to become full of mold, since it doesnt happen overnight. By the time we realized its a problem- the warranty ran out .once you separate the cycle and do the wash only, then start the drying - there is a sound of large amounts of watter that is drained first.So if to use wash only- the water just sits there and rods.HORRIBLE .that should never be the case.very hard to reach and bad to clean the condesator. And no special tools for it to be cleaned. On many occasions at the highest setting of dry - still damp and if not taken out right away- the same horrible load of smelly clothes that need a full cycle of wash and dry again if not 2 just to make it smell decent...there is not enough of softener setting for the clothes to even make a difference in a scent. An absolute trash of a machine. It seems like all it can do is grow and imply molds that you get to wear on yourself to develop rash if i voyld put -100 stars i would

If you buy this get the extended warranty. I actually advise you to do that with any purchase especially with Samsung. I live outside of Orlando and when the machine started leaking they had no one available to repair it. They just sent me a check. At least I learned that I don’t care for front loading washers or being held hostage by an all in one. I would rather have separate systems even as a smaller family of three. Also the dryer vent is hard to clean and to run the cleaning function for both the washer and dryer settings takes 5+ hours. The only plus side is not having to move clothes over.
