It is wider than the other appliances, but also allowed us to move our deep freeze into the laundry room. It holds a full hamper full of clothes. I love that I just load it up with my preferred laundry detergent and it can auto-detect to use based on the load. At the end of the cycle, a summary of the wash is provided if you choose AI to let you know what took place.

It washes and drys well, doesn't take nearly as long as I thought it would and leaves my clothes smelling and feeling fresh. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it consumes a ton of detergent. I find myself having to refill it often even if the low usage setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SmartThings App was very easy to connect to wi-fi, set up, and use. It also makes it easier to see all the settings at once vs. flipping through screens on the touchscreen. The capacity was a nice compromise. The cubic feet of my previous washer/dryer set was 4.2 Cu. ft. and 7.5 Cu ft, respectively. while this unit is 5.3 Cu. Ft. The total AI Combo cycle time compared to my previous washer & dryer set is slightly longer. But honestly, you don't really notice. I say that because you don't have to constantly check when the washing cycle is done and have to transfer your laundry over to the dryer. You don't have to worry about forgetting your wet clothes in the dryer to mildew, as the dryer cycle starts immediately after. They even have a 10 minute window setting if you want to add a dryer sheet between cycles. It also auto-adjusts the time. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry is surprisingly seamless and useful. It was the only cycle I've tested so far, on various laundry loads such as whites, darks, and even one with swimming clothes and lifejackets. It washed and dried perfectly. I didn't feel like I need to re-wash or add extended time to the dryer. Whatever sensors and AI processing they have in the unit appears to be working as expected. I did try the Flex Auto Dispense, which was new to me. My previous washer set had slide out drawers, but you filled it every load. I like that this has two dispensers and you only have to fill it once until empty. Makes loading the washer/dryer that much faster. The interior of the unit is very nice. The stainless steel drum is beautiful.. My only wish is that they make the interior light brighter. I like seeing my washing cycle to make sure the soap is doing its job. Other than that, no issues. The exterior is beautiful as well. It has a nice finish and the dryer vent, bleach dispenser, and auto-flex dispensers on the front and bottom of the unit are thoughtfully placed. To be honest, I didn't even know where to look when I first got the unit. It was that seamless. My wife and I think it's one of the nicest appliances we've ever had in our home. The install seemed pretty straightforward. The delivery team did all the install. It came with water lines and some additional accessories. I'm definitely saving electricity with this unit, and wish I could have gotten two. This unit is feature-packed and there are many more settings for me to try out. It's well built and sturdy. Hoping to get many more years out of it.

We bought the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo in December. I have tried to like this, but absolutely hate it! This is the worst washer/dryer I have ever used. Our clothes constantly come out wrinkled (even when fresh out of the dryer). There is no way to steam refresh without running a full cycle, and the time dry doesn't do anything to refresh & de-wrinkle them. Instead of putting worthless technology into the washer/dryer, like youtube and Amazon, Samsung should figure out how to add a steam refresh OR get it so the clothes are wrinkled so had you have to use an iron. (I have not used an iron in over 10 years, but need one thanks to Samsung!) I would not recommend this to anyone unless if they only wash 5-10 items per load... and even then I've had shirts and jeans come out wrinkled! We are less than 30 days into using it, and Samsung says we are stuck with it! Yay us.... not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a mismatched front loader and dryer for years now knowing there was something better out there to come. This is it! The Samsung Besploke All-in-One AI Laundry combo (5.3 cu ft) is not only a space saver but a time saver too! First off, the dark steel color is stunning in person and the soft touch panels and touch screen are gorgeous and well thought out. I am able to either use the touch screen or the app to select my laundry cycles including soil level, water temp, detergent dispensing etc. I appreciate the large detergent and softener reservoirs at the bottom of the machine. I should be able to do at least 40 loads without having to touch more laundry soap. Connecting to the app was a breeze and I can change more setting than I could ever want and also monitor the load away from home if needed. After adjusting my settings, I just let it do it's thing. No longer am I trying to see if I have enough time for a wash load to run so I can throw it in the dryer before bed, I can start the load and it's dry and ready to fold when I wake up. It may seem as though the cycles take longer but remember, it's washing and drying your clothes. You put a dirty load in and take a clean/dry load out. Even more impressive is the heat pump dryer feature. Heat pump dryers are the future. It runs off a 110v plug and does not need to vent. No more house fire risk or huge electric bills. This unit may not be perfect for every family as the drum capacity is not as large as some washers and dryers but it is perfect for our 3-person family washing several medium loads per week. I prefer to manage my laundry pretty closely but there are lots of options for automated laundry. Overall, this machine is exactly what I hoped it would be when I ordered it. I am so excited to see the future success of all-in-one units and heat pump dryers here in the US for electricity savings. Bravo Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this combo washer/dryer for a little over two months now. So far it has been the best thing ever. It so easy to set and forget and come back to clean and dry clothes. I can run it while at work or out of the house elsewhere without worrying about the vent since it is ventless. I don't have to worry about forgetting to change it from washer to dryer and/or have to rewash when I do forget and get that mildew smell. It's fantastic so far.

I was pleasantly surprised it plugs into a regular 110 electrical outlet. It has been saving me money on electricity and gas consumption. Easy to use and so efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the machine about a month ago and learned a new way to wash/dry. It is very convenient to put the clothes in and return with them being dry. Still have to get used to the long wash/dry period before starting another wash.

We bought ours a month ago and the first week was a learning curve, but we love it now! I've found for most things to use the AI Optiwash and dry setting works well. I love not having to transfer the clothes to dry and tend to put a load in at night and in the morning it's good to go! I also love the ventless dryer and how much cleaner my laundry room is without all the lint. Only downside is I wish there was a pedestal for it- it has a large capacity which is great, just hard to get down and reach to the back. The BeSpoke universal stand does not work for this machine.

Bought this machine and had my plumber hook it up and the first time I tried to use it water poured out from under the bottom getting my new floors completely covered in water. Then they had someone come out on Wednesday to look at it and tell me it would be next Tuesday before he comes back to fix it while my clothes continue to pile up.
