This machine actually drys the clothes well and is much quieter washing and drying. The drum size is larger and adequate for my family of three. I only wish they had a tool to help better clean out the lint trap after every dry cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo™ 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel delivered about 5 days and so far it has been great. The dark steel color looks really nice and the touch screen is a nice touch and is pretty responsive. There are plenty of modes to choose from and you can adjust soil level, dryness, how much detergent is used, etc within the modes or just leave it at the default. The are 2 fairly large reservoirs at the bottom for detergent and softener so if those are used, you can go 40-50 loads of laundry before having to add more. Or of course you can use pods which is what we are doing now. The combo unit paired quickly with the SmartThings app which provides an option to select washing mode, adjust the cycle, etc, as well as tracking electricity and water usage. The reduction in electricity usage is pretty evident if you track those things. We are able to wash/dry 2-3 loads of laundry for the same electricity usage as a 1 cycle of a front load pair bought in 2022. The machine also runs surprisingly quiet, even when the dryer part is going. You can set the unit for energy savings and it will also track how much electricity that saved vs running a normal cycle. So far we have only used the AI modes twice but will probably test them out more going forward. Cycles do take a little longer vs conventional washer/ dryer but the fact that you don't have to transfer the load from one unit to the other makes up for that. Plus, there's less wear and tear on the laundry because they don't get as hot. Overall, this unit is a keeper and we don't plan to go back to a conventional washer dryer setup anytime.

We were able to continue using The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo while we received our replacement. Filling the cartridge makes doing laundry easy. Cleaning the lint after each wash is a little tedious, nonetheless a with Swifter Duster that has replacement pads makes it easy to clean. Keeping up with maintenance while using this unit will surely make this amazing laundry combo last for years to come. Updates will be posted after a year of use. January 15, 2026.

It does take longer for a cycle but this is outweighed by the convenience of not moving clothes from washer to dryer. Clothes are completely dry when door automatically pops open at end of cycle.

I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to upgrade their machine while also saving space improving energy efficiency and decreasing the time it takes to wash and dry clothes. After the machine was installed, I began to set up using the display mechanism. The AI avatar helped him walk through each item and provided a tutorial on how to use the machine. I had no issues connecting to the Internet then adding to my SmartThings app. I really enjoy being able to view or start my washer from the app. I was impressed by the size of the machine. I knew having both a washer and dryer in the same device would make it larger however it still fit easily in my laundry room. It is solidly built and heavy, so it is a little difficult to move around by yourself. The machine has the capacity for good sized loads. The flex auto dispense feature is very helpful as you can manage the levels of soap and bleach and it makes starting the washer very simple. I like that the bleach and lint filter are hidden behind the door. The multiple options for the AI combo cycles gives you a lot of flexibility on what type of load you are planning to wash. This machine provides an improvement with our energy efficiency over the two machines I would normally use. No more forgetting laundry in the washer since the dry cycle kicks off automatically.

I was a skeptic when it came to 2 in 1 combo based on my experience with European appliances when I lived in Spain for 2 years. I always had to rack dry even after the drying cycle. That was a decade ago so I figured that technology has advanced since then and decided to give this a try. I waited until I've put it through its paces to write this review. I absolutely love the convenience of set it and forget it and how the super speed cycle gets me from dirty clothes to dry and warm clothes in less than 2 hours. I couldn't do that with my old stand alone washer and dryer! Since having this thing, I've done several loads of heavy jeans, t shirts, sheets, towels, and even a queen sized quilt filled with wool. The quilt did take 6 hrs so I ran it over night but the sheets and towels took about 2.5 hrs each. Everything always came out warm and dry. With my stand alone dryer, I used to get wet spots on the quilt and super hot edges but not with this combo! I'm so glad I got this instead of another stand alone set!

The dry cycle runs with a heat-pump. The heat-pump will heat the laundry and remove moisture from the clothes. The clothes do not get as hot and the air is not vented outside. The air has the moisture removed and is sent back in to the dry cycle. The first load of laundry was so quiet I had to check that it was still running. The unit is quiet by this new style of combo washer/dryer and it has Vibration Reduction Technology built in. There are so many features, you can tailor every load of laundry. It would be difficult to go back to our old washer and dryer. I appreciate that the SmartThings app let's us know when each cycle is complete and I can make adjustments to the cycles when you are away from the machine or on the go. The capacity fits our family of three perfectly with room to spare. The combination washer/dryer completes laundry tasks faster than a standard washer and dryer pair of appliances. They is no transfer time between appliances. The single unit goes from a wash cycle to a dry cycle, no more forgetting to transfer the laundry. It even has an interior light like an oven, you do not need to stop the appliance to see what is happening.

No need for airvent for dryer. Which means it can be placed anywhere in the house with water and drain. 3. Big auto dispenser for liquiddetergent. Need to fill may be once a month only. 4. Care cycles shows up when needed. No need to remember when to run vlean cycles. 5. Much less space compare to separate washer and dryer. 6. Very quiet operation even at high spinning spoed. I like it enough to buytwo, one for my main house and one for my ADU.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to buy a new washer and dryer. I saw that all in one was the same price or less than buying them separate. I have a small laundry room and now there is room for our laundry basket and some other stuff. It is very heavy, so make sure you don't need to move it. It took a few weeks to get the settings down, but now the clothes are coming out perfect. The filter is a little bit of a hassle, but I had to clean the standalone unit, so no big deal. Maybe an option to just stick a tube in the laundry detergent. Overall, I would never go back, if anything, if I had more space, I would have bought two of them. If I was building my house, I would make sure this would go in most of the closets, no more hauling clothes anywhere!
