We picked the all-in-one to save space and to avoid re-doing gas connections. It is super convenient. On top of that, I love that I don't need to worry about forgetting to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. I get an app notification once everything is washed and dry. If you want to take a few pieces of clothing out of it before drying, you also get an app notification. Super convenient. I also love the soap and softener auto-dispenser, I was definitely over using those, now the machine takes only what is needed based on the load.

Washing performance is solid. Drying does take longer, especially with bulky items, but that's expected with ventless systems. There's definitely been a learning curve with the settings, but overall, I'm really happy with it.

I love that I can throw in a load of dirty laundry and it comes out washed and dried. You have the options to only wash, only dry, and several cycle types to choose from. I dont regret a thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had for several months now and I only have two issues with. It take forever to wash and dry comforters. So we just dedicate a day to these items. Next they refill process of detergent could use a little work. Otherwise it has been very nice. No longer having clothes smell due to forgetting in wash requiring a rewash.

I waited 6 months before doing this review. This unit replace a 10-year-old stacking set, another brand. This combo unit is simply WOW. I can't imagine any other unit better than this one. I did my research and decided to get it. No more changing laundry from washer to dryer. It does an EXCELLENT job with both washing and drying. I particularly like the detergent automatic dispense too. The controls and wash options could not be any easier. It is all done via the touch screen. The self-cleaning function is a breeze too. The unit lets you know when to do this. As far as some complaints I've read – READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. People see the huge drum and fill it; it is no wonder they are having drying issues. Every load we do comes out fresh and dry. Again, read the instructions. A dryer drum is always bigger than a washing machine drum, overloading is clearly the problem. Reason for larger dryer drum: Clothes expand when wet and require more space to dry properly. No vent and no 220v is also a huge plus. If your on the fence, just get it, you wont have any regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was working great the first two months the display panel does not respond to anyone who presses on the screen, The screen is now frozen. Repair man is coming out hopefully this will solve the problem and never have another one.

I bought this a month ago and love it! First of all it doesn't need a dryer vent so forget having to clean that again. It plugs into a regular outlet (that should be on its own breaker I believe). It has two big automatic dispensers for detergents or fabric softener. You have the option of turning that off and using a little silicone pod that you add to the machine itself for special detergent for one off loads. Such as baby detergent. You can program your own loads using the smart things app. By creating your own cycles you save time not having to select all the different washing options such as bubble soak or extra rinse. Now for how long it takes to do your laundry. Yes the drying takes longer but if you have ever forgotten to switch your laundry to the dryer and had to rewash this is a huge time and energy saver! I only do mediumish sized loads and my clothes have been all dry when the cycle is done. I would say it takes double the time to dry but I have only used regular dry and that includes the cool down cycle. My old dryer did it in 20 minutes but at a super high temp and did not cool down. I did wash a California King light blanket and it fit just fine. I also like the lint filter that it's easy to reach. It is a little more difficult to clean then the old dryer but it's easier to reach and I don't have to clean the dryer vent anymore ever again. My clothes come out smelling clean! You also have the option of the door popping open at the end of the cycle so moist air can escape. Reminds me of the Samsung dishwasher. I think you can also link your Ring camera to it - working on that! also love that this takes half the space of using a washer and dryer! If you would miss running a wash while you dry I guess you could buy two!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now used the AI Laundry Combo™ All-in-One Washer/Dryer for over a month and like it so far. One thing that is a definite change from your traditional washer/dryer setup is the time you need to allow to wash and dry you load (as opposed to being able to wash a second load of clothes while your first load is drying). The AI unit does have a lot of features that are nice like being able to load your detergent and softener in multi-load quantity, text notification of completion of cycle or any errors and it is very quiet when washing or drying.

It holds enough detergent for many loads of clothes! No need to add it each time you wash. I also love love love the fact that it this combo doesn't require time changing over clothes to dry. You literally choose the cycle and place the clothes inside, it does everything! I also love the automatic door open at the end of the cycle. This Washer/dryer combo is the best purchase I've made on appliance selection! I highly recommend!
