[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product but with all all-in-one appliances to avoid wrinkles and smells you MUST remove clothing immediately after cycle is complete. Even doing so you must take care of clothing (hanging or airing out).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved this machine so much we bought a second one! I do wish the drain hose under it was longer for easier draining! I love that the door opens at the end of the cycle so you avoid mold in the rubber a musty smell! Overall, zero complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mostly positive things to say about this washer I love the auto dispense feature and the fact that I don't have to swap my clothes into the dryer. It also has neat features like telling you when the load is done washing/drying. The only downside I will say is the drying feature not so much that it takes longer than usual but more of the fact that If you wash any type of bedding you must cycle the dryer atleast twice or it will be left soaking wet. This means for one comforter or blanket you will be waiting about 8+hours for it to fully wash and dry other than that with clothing it is great!

Lint clogs up the drain and if you don’t clear it, it sucks out all the laundry soap into one load. About 4 years in and I had to tear it apart again because the clothes were not drying properly to find a massive amount of lint stuck in the back of the machine. Aside from these minor complaints the machine has treated us very well. Think I would go with the vented model next time and see if the maintenance of lint cleaning goes away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the voice of cycles lots of different cycles. I was surprised by the drying I was told these washers don’t dry. Well it dries perfect. There’s no moisture buildup around the machine. The clothes aren’t moist when they come out there’s no vibration. I liked it. there’s no vibration when it’s running the wrinkles. It could be a little better on wrinkles my clothes to come out kind of wrinkled. I’ve been working on it and it’s getting better.

Being able to throw a load of clothes insides and having it both wash and dry let's me focus on other tasks. With the wrinkle prevent setting, it'll keep the drum moving to prevent wrinkles and successfully too. Highly recommend buying it.

The cycles take longer than having a separate washer and dryer but I no longer need to stay awake to wait for the wash to finish. For anyone with kids, I throw their stuff when they get home late from school/practice and their stuff is ready for the next morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combo washer-dryer has a great capacity for my family and an easy to use interface that can be locked to prevent my toddler from messing with it. I like that it auto cycles from wash to dry so I no longer have to stay up late waiting to switch over the load before morning. Clothes come out perfectly dry every time. I also like that I get notifications to my phone when the cycle switches or the load is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing! I had to buy a 2nd one because I lost my 1st one in a divorce! YES...we actually FOUGHT over the thing! No more re-washing because I forgot to move stuff to the dryer. No more detergent and fabric softener waste because of the reservoirs. No more "pig-tails". More space available in the laundry room. Where's the negative in ANY of that?

This problem started after a software update. I’m very disappointed that my Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo now disables the automatic detergent dispenser on certain cycles and forces me to add detergent manually. I use the same gentle detergent for all my laundry, so this change is completely unnecessary for me. PLEASE give users the option to keep the automatic dispenser ON instead of forcing manual detergent use. Thank you for your time!
