[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is really good the only thing I don't like is that it leaves the clothes wrinkle. And it does have some vibration when washing otherwise the washer is good it helps with saving water and detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Heat Pump Laundry Combo is an exceptionally convenient, space-saving appliance that successfully eliminates the need to manual-transfer heavy, wet clothes. However, it requires a mindset shift regarding laundry cycle times and routine maintenance. Great cycles selection, the capacity are the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like we can get so much more done in less time than with our previous washer and dryer! The drum finally fits our king size blankets and dries them better too. I will never go back to a standard washer again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is excellent and easily earns a five-star rating. The capacity is spacious enough for large loads, and the drying cycles are highly efficient. It operates quietly with minimal vibration, leaving clothes completely fresh. I highly recommend it for its outstanding performance and how wrinkle-free the garments turn out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's basically a set-it-and-forget-it machine that washes and dries your clothes in a single drum using a standard wall plug. It uses built-in smarts to automatically figure out the right amount of detergent and cycle times, and the door even pops open at the end so your laundry never gets that musty smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy ours. The machine is easy to use, and the regular maintenance alerts are great. It's fairly quiet in our home and does a good job. If you have long haired folks in your family be sure to keep a regular eye on the emergency relief drain and keep it cleaned out before it turns into a tangled mess. If it won't drain, it won't work. There are several cycles to choose from and we can get a standard size laundry basket and a half in a full capacity load. Doesn't vibrate like the old models. Our utility bill stayed about the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, but it's been nothing but frustrating. The machine suddenly stopped working properly, and now every cycle starts for just a few seconds before pausing. The door stays locked the entire time, even after draining the machine and cleaning the drain filter exactly as instructed. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including power resets, cleaning the filter, draining the emergency hose, and running different cycles like Spin Only and Time Dry. Nothing has fixed the problem. The washer makes a swishing sound, spins once, and then immediately pauses again. For a premium appliance, I expected much better reliability. A washer that's only useful when it works isn't worth the premium price. I can't recommend this model based on my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Bespoke AI All-in-One Combo for a while now, and it has been a game-changer for my laundry routine. Capacity: It handles a surprisingly large amount of laundry for a single unit. It easily fits my [insert examples like: queen-sized bedding, heavy towels, or a full week of clothes]. Cycles: The variety of AI-driven cycles is impressive. I especially like how it detects the fabric type and load size to optimize the wash and dry time. Drying: I was skeptical about a ventless combo, but the drying performance is excellent. My clothes come out perfectly dry without needing to transfer anything between machines. Moisture: I haven't had any issues with lingering humidity in the drum; it leaves clothes feeling fresh and ready to put away. Vibration: The machine runs very quietly. Even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable with minimal vibration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So everyone seems skeptical that an all on one is going to be efficient and harp on the extra time to completed a load, you can't split loads and keep processing more laundry, but the time saved by not forgetting a load on the wash, or having to remember to swap over a load has been worth it. Add in the ventless option, being able to put the unit anywhere you want and only need a regular 120v outlet is like doing laundry from the future. Even after a year of using the unit it's still amazing that I touch the clothes to put them in, then touch them to hang up completed clothes. The size of the drum is like all of the large load units I have had in the past, but in a single sleek package that is so energy efficient. Reviews of another brand talk about how the clothes still have a dampness to them but I've never experienced that and if anything it could shorten the dry cycle to speed up the total time to process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine runs remarkably quiet, even during high-speed spin cycles. I love the convenience of tossing in a dirty load and waking up to completely dry clothes. Its ventless drying technology takes a bit longer than standard dryers, but the energy savings make it completely worth it. The touchscreen controls are intuitive and offer plenty of customizable cycle options.
