The biggest drawback is that there are no visible manual control buttons. So far, I've only been able to perform a wash/dry cycle through the Smartthings app.

In my log home I needed a ventless dryer and when I saw the All In One was ventless as well as I could do my laundry with one appliance , I had to give it a try. As always with Samsung, I was beyond pleased. This unit is simply amazing ! All of our friends and family are mesmerized to watch it in action! The performance is beyond compare. We live on a farm and work clothes can be quite odorous along with stubborn stains. Our clothes come out smelling more fresh and clean than ever before ! Stains are gone ! There are so many cycles to choose from and I especially love the Tide Pod Cold setting ! I can operate this appliance from my smart phone and it even alerts me when the dry cycle is beginning and again when my laundry cycles are complete. I can set it to where the door automatically opens when finished! Add yet another wonderful feature, you have a reservoir for your detergent and softener, so you don't have to add it for each load. You can also set the amount dispensed. The lint screen is very simple to clean and the washer itself cleans the condenser after every wash load. The brushed finished is very appealing and the design is beautiful. Looks so nice in my laundry room. I just love this beyond words!

Setting up was a breeze, connecting to wifi and updating was seamless. We live the tracking info showing usage and how much electricity used. Great feature is not having to fill soap and softener dispenser every wash. Machine is so quiet you really cannot hear it run. Notifications when done are great. Bonus points for running on 110v, and eliminating that nasting vent hose.

I have had this machine since 04/22/24. It has been the absolute best washing experience ever!! Our machines are in the basement of an old house. During changes in temperature or rain, it can get a bit musty. This always would impact our wash and dry cycles as moisture creates bacteria, which creates stinky.. So far we've experienced weather in the high 80s, freezing Temps in the 30s, rain storms, etc and the clothing has been consistently fresh and clean. The fact that you don't have to transfer the load makes all the difference in the world. No sitting in between equals no risk of bacteria and smell. it also helps me out of not being stressed or on a timer to always beat the clock and put items to dry. It's been a breeze!!! avoiding extra back and forth up and down the stairs and also nor having to refill the detergents each time are also easing my physical issues tied to my autoimmune disease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit of a disbeliever at first, but after getting time with this new washer/dryer combo unit, I now am fully appreciative of the benefits it has, and why it is such a premium unit. The capacity far exceeds what I'm used to in my old washer, and the ventless design make it easy to tuck away anywhere in the house with just a standard electric cord and access to a water line. this means no ductwork necessary, and that's pretty cool. It also has a TON of settings that you can set up to be quick access. Oh, and phone alerts to let you know (through the SmartThings app) that it's done. This is very handy for when you can't hear the adorable Samsung washer tune that plays at the end of the cycle :) I also really love the detergent dispenser, because it really saves time and keeps things tidy. You fill it once, and it dispenses for you for many washes, keeping the bottle of detergent hidden away in a cabinet until needed. This unit is an investment, so I'll be sure to keep it clean (always wash out the rubber boot every month to ensure no buildup!) and I hope to have it for many years. It is good to be on the cutting edge of laundry technology! :)

I decided it is time for me to have dryer as well, because of small space I have decided to go with 2 in 1. No regrets so far. I even can control it from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Update your software before you use this. I had 2 sets of downloads. I live in the USA. So we have a separate washer and dryer. It’s probably the most common setup. In Europe, having a single unit it very common but this was still a big change for me. I had a Samsung HE washer and a dryer I got passed down from my parents. Both were super old. A few thing for you when you plan to buy this. This is larger than a a typical HE washer. It is a few inches taller and a few inches deeper than what I had before. For me it just barely fits where I need it to go. Also, the door only opens from the right to left. You can not change it. You need standard hoses for hot and cold water and a hose for the water from the washer. There really is no exhaust for the heat or humidity from the drying clothes. Setup: I found some YouTube Videos on how to set this up. There is an extended use detergent and fabric softener holder in the very bottom of the machine. Supposedly you can scan the bar code and that will tell the machine what you are using. It didn't work. You can have a REALLY long cycle (extra dirty clothes, soak, and super dry) and it may take 5 hours. You probably don't need to use all of that. I found just a regular wash cycle and medium dry took about 2 hours. This was about what just a wash cycle took on my old washer. The is a clothes/wrinkle saver that keeps the clothes turning for a couple hours to lessen the wrinkles. there is a light inside so you don't forget clothes! This is super quiet! I added a video so you can tell how quiet. You can probably run this overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed and done a couple of loads. First impressions: 1. It is amazingly quiet 2. It seems to be amazingly configurable 3. It dries completely on Normal dry 4. It washes very well It is a heavy machine, I would know where you want the guys to set it before delivery. The plus is that it has not budged from the spot they set it in, and when it spins, even though it is on high speed, it is still barely noticeable. We started the first load and left, and when we came home it was completely dry and the door was automatically opened for us. We usually use dry detergent, and it came with an 'aqua pebble' that you put the detergent into and seems to work perfectly in putting that detergent into the clothes. On our second load we got to witness the drying, and I was surprised it tumbled so slowly, but the clothes came out perfect and dry, so apparently the AI knows what it is doing. We also played with sending orders to the washer through our phone and the smart things app, and then just pressing start on the machine, and it worked great for that as well. I did run a software upgrade as it was out of date and that updated the software in quick time. Overall we are quite pleased with the washer/dryer combo and look forward to all of the energy savings from it: 1. Front load, so less water than our previous top load 2. Heat pump dryer uses noticeable less energy when drying 3. No heated or cooled household air being blasted out the roof through the vent
