I have had the washer combo about three months now. I bought it with the matching pedestal. The pedestal is expensive, but raises the opening to a usable height, and provides a place to store detergent, etc. I would highly recommend that. The washer does an excellent job at getting clothes clean, and they always come out completely dry (I left the default "open door at finish" setting, which probably helps). The surprising thing is that the detergent dispensing, together with not having to move the clothes to a dryer, makes the process easier than anticipated. It does take a long time, but not much of MY time. The unit also allows you to set a delay on washing, to take advantage of lower time-of-day electric rates. Oddly, it only allows you to set the end time, not the start time, and the estimated cycle time, which is often way off, influences this. Not a deal breaker, just humorous for me. I had to rebuild the cabinetry in my laundry room to suit the height of this unit, but the new cabinets are more functional anyway. Looks good, too!

I bought this product 9 days ago and it came in bad condition. One of the legs that holds the washing machine is broken and that makes it vibrate and not work properly. Their technical service simply said that I had to repair it. It is the worst purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Purchased ~7 months from time of review, just noticed today that there are 2 loads left until we do the heat exchanger cleaning (every 180 loads) so we have done 178 loads to date. Has been the BEST washer dryer I've ever owned. Family of three. We have washed clothes, towels, ALL bedding (King sized comforter fits in this bad boy)... everything. No issues at all. Clothes are cleaner, fresher and so much easier to deal with. Does it take longer to dry? Sure. But I wager that is often times not a realized impact to our routine since it automatically goes from wash to dry on it's own. We love this thing and converted the dryer space that used to be occupied into a closet, effectively doubling our storage space. Obviously we shall see on longevity, but 178 loads later it works like it did on the first day. For reference I am 48 years old, this is my 6th washer and dryer owned so far (not including rental unit supplied systems).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago . I do love the machine . Large capacity . Quiet . Cleans well . The only issue I had was the Samsung installers didn't install it properly so I had a small leak for a few weeks that damaged walls and household items .

We bought the Bespoke in April of last year and it is not working properly now. The dryer door is locked and won't release. My clothes are stuck in it. There is an error code of 9c9 and there is no such code in the trouble shooting guide in the manual. I can't get any of the settings to show up. I bought is because it had the the most cubic feet plus a shorter cycle time. Well, it doesn't unless you do small load. Now I have to wait a week for a service repair man.

It has simplified so much when it comes to laundry for me and i was a bit surprised when I received a notification on my Samsung tv that my laundry was finished. Being a single father it has made that part of my life effortless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the idea of loading the laundry and when it's done it's dry and ready. The AI features are great and helpful save energy. The vent free option is also nice as it allows you to seal off the existing vent to also save energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phenomenal performance (set it and forget it)! Easy access to all vital components that require servicing/cleaning... DOES require lengthy drying times, and could benefit from an ever-so-slightly longer drain hose behind the detergent reservoir, but thoes minor considerations are more than compensated by the fact that no venting is required, and the unit operates incredibly economically on a standard 120volt outlet! My cat sleeps on his gel-infused memory foam bed atop the unit, which lulls him to sleep with it's gentle undulations (safely out of reach from my inquisitive hounds)!

I wanted to use the flex dispenser to have regular detergent and then a sensitive skin detergent, but you can only use the second dispenser on three very specific cycles instead of any cycles. This doesn't make any sense, let me use the detergent on whatever cycle I want. It's okay otherwise. Incredibly heavy and nearly impossible to move, it didn't fit in my old washer area so I had to turn it sideways so the doors could close as it blocks the other closet door, so it's now really awkward. Custom cycles aren't actually custom either. I cloth diaper (which is why I wanted the specialty detergent to use in the heavy duty cycle) and this has no cloth diaper wash setting (unlike the older maytag we had) and the "custom" cycles are just pre-picked things you can't really adjust much besides regular settings you can change on any of the normal cycles. I really wanted to like this washer combo unit, but it's just so frustrating and limiting compared to what it touts.

I loved it so much, I bought two! There's nothing like getting through your chores by wiping out the laundry in a matter of hours and because it washes and dries, you do not need to swap laundry out into the dryer. You simply visit the laundry room and it's done. The app tells you on your phone whats going on with the machine and when the cycle is complete, so there's no guesswork. They. are quiet and the display is crisp and easy to comprehend. It's also nice not to have to fill the detergent and softener so often as it self-doses and with accuracy, about 45 loads until you have to refill the containers.
