It really has been more convenient than we even anticipated when we made the purchase! The capacity is huge we are able to do all of our laundry and less cycles. The drying mechanism is amazing and leaves no moisture in the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combo unit is super awesome the detergent containers the automatic smart features and the app is great but it requires more maintenance then a regular washer and dryer you have more to take care of and the heat condenser gets a little filled up on lint even though we empty it after every load but other then that it looks super nice and has no vibration at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read quite a few negative reviews before buying my ventless washer and dryer combo but decided to give it a try. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's been almost a year now and this unit has served me well. The capacity is great. The interface is easy to use. The vibration is controlled (make sure you have the unit installed and adjusted by a Samsung installer. I have mine on a pedestal and it stays solid). The cycles, especially the drying cycles take longer than you would expect, compared to a regular dryer. That's not an issue for me as a single-person household. but if you are a family with kids, or in general requires to do more than 3 loads a day, this all in one ventless unit may not be the best choice for you. Other than that, I'm impressed with it and the Samsung support I received. The first one came dented, they promptly replaced it. Solid costumer support service. The app is great too, you get alerts when the clothes are ready, and you can even control it while running errands. Based on my experience, this is a great product. By the way, no smells. A lot of folks complained about the unit smelling bad after a while. Keep your door cracked open or open in between use and your unit will continue to smell fresh.

The cycles aren't to bad considering you don't have to switch it over. The capacity it's quite good for the size of the appliance. If levelled properly no vibration.

This is absolutely my most favorite appliance. It's one less thing to worry about in my busy day. You would not think it would make a difference eliminating transferring clothes to a dryer but it's one less task I have to do. I never worry about and leaving wet clothes in the washer. I can put clothing in at night before I go to bed and it's ready to wear in the morning. It's super quiet with no vibration and does a fantastic job cleaning. There is almost an infinite choice of cycles .The drum holds a large amount of textiles. My clothes do not come out wrinkled . The self-cleaning mode works great and keeps the unit smelling fresh. I don't have to fill the detergent and softener each time I use it. It dispenses the exact correct amount from the reservoirs. It lets me know when the cycles are finished. I maintain the unit by using a soft appliance brush periodically inside the filter chamber. I have a soft makeup brush that I use to brush the lint out of the filter cartridge after each run. I run the self-clean cycles when the menu pops up for self cleaning. The pump filter is very easy to access and clean. I do that every time I have a load of clothing that leaves excessive lint in the lint filter. It is very energy and water efficient and displays a report of use after each complete cycle. It allowed me to utilize the space the dryer used to occupy by putting in some nice shelves. I highly recommend this appliance and I will buy another one if I ever move. It's the perfect appliance for washing and drying clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this washer/dryer combo is that it takes up half the space, uses 110v and I'm not moving my wet clothes to the dryer. What I don't like about it is that it builds up lint in the unit that takes a long brush to clean and accessing the other internal components like the heat exchanger to clean is difficult. Even the lint filter is cumbersome to clean. There are also additional Self Dry and tub cleanings that have to be run to keep your unit running optimally and they take up to 4 hours to complete so do this when you go to bed. Highly suggest that you wash like items, jeans, towels, linens and such otherwise it doesn't dry properly. I would like to see a change the design that allows access to the lint path and vent filter to allow better cleaning. Vibration isn't bad, just make sure your on a solid surface.

In about two hours,or less, the clothes are washed and dry. It's very efficient and an excellent investment. I bought the pedestal and there is absolutely no vibration whatsoever so ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE IT!!!! It very easy, the 5.3 barrel even washes king size comforter no problem. I have TBI so use to forget a wash I had started and would have wet laundry sitting and molding now its one and done, no mold no forgetting. Took the AI a bit to learn how long a drying really takes defaulting to like 3 hours but the super speedy setting is 138 minutes but it does twice as much laundry as my old machine, best new purchase with no buyers remorse at all LOVE IT!!!!
