[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having to figure out what setting to use, or remember to change over to the dryer has been the best thing ever! There are a few downsides though. They changed the UI almost a week after getting it, and an update they did made it so that no matter what setting I pick (voice, sound, off) it always talks to me, which is really annoying. You also can't truly customise the cycles. I can't tell it to not ever use fabric softener on my underwear or towels, I have to turn it off every cycle that I don't want it. If it was actually smart it should be automatically off for towels, sportswear, and underwear, since everybody knows that it affects the materials ability to wick away moisture. Other than that I love the machine. It's quite, does the job right, and no more need for a dryer vent

I bought this a month ago and it's the worst purchase I've made in a long time. They say it has a super speed wash/dry 98 min cycle, I'd like to know how that's done! I've not had a load take under 4 hrs. No matter what I choose it will default back to what it thinks it should be. So I thought I would start from the beginning. I reset to factory settings because putting in a custom setting was a waste of time as it did what it wanted anyway, pulled out a level and made sure the machine was completely balanced and ran the calibration to be sue the weight sensor wasn't thrown off somehow. I even went so far as to load each piece of clothing one-by-one! Still nothing worked. If all that wasn't enough they don't make a pedestal for this unit. It sits sooo low that I have to stoop down (even at 5'2) to remove the laundry, I mean really!? I can't return it and I can't sell it because I would never get what I paid for it, I'm stuck. Hopefully Samsung will come up with a way to fix these issues via software updates or something.

We have a tight closet where previously we could only fit a mini washer dryer tower. Could never wash any big loads. Now, no problem. Love the app and the notifications. So far, it's been a great machine.

I have had this machine since 04/22/24. It has been the absolute best washing experience ever!! Our machines are in the basement of an old house. During changes in temperature or rain, it can get a bit musty. This always would impact our wash and dry cycles as moisture creates bacteria, which creates stinky.. So far we've experienced weather in the high 80s, freezing Temps in the 30s, rain storms, etc and the clothing has been consistently fresh and clean. The fact that you don't have to transfer the load makes all the difference in the world. No sitting in between equals no risk of bacteria and smell. it also helps me out of not being stressed or on a timer to always beat the clock and put items to dry. It's been a breeze!!! avoiding extra back and forth up and down the stairs and also nor having to refill the detergents each time are also easing my physical issues tied to my autoimmune disease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my old washer finally broke, I looked out there and found that this new Samsung all in one washer/dryer was new on the market. Despite her skepticism, I convinced the wife to give it a go by showing her how much more efficient and energy saving this combo washer/dryer was than our old separate washer and dryer set. In many areas including ours, it even qualified for a rebate. Besides that, it would save a lot of space in our laundry room. After having it for a few months, I can really say it has changed how we do laundry. My wife's concerns have been alleviated, as this combo actually gets the clothes warm and toasty dry. My wife heard that these combo wash/dry units leave the clothes damp. Not so with this unit.......our clothes come out actually dry! While you will not be able to do high volume binge washing and drying with a combo, it is absolutely WONDERFUL to put your clothes in whenever and come back to a clean, fresh, and dry load of laundry. No worrying that you will forget to transfer to dryer because you went to sleep, left for work, whatever....... and then have to rewash the whole load because the clothes smell because you left them wet. It has really changed how we do laundry. We now do not have to dedicate a day or time to laundry when we know we will be home to transfer to dryer, as we now can start a load whenever we feel like and come home to clean dry clothes. This thing is a winner and the wife loves it. Glad we bought it.

I have bought quite a few 2 in 1 combo . Overseas it's a regular washing and drying machine. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and it is the best I have ever bought. I bought an LG 6 months ago but there is no comparison. My laundry doesn't smell like they burned or dried to hot or to fast. I don't have to take the wet clothes out and shake them and put them back in to prevent wrinkling like the LG.
