It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. ​Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. ​Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. I've had this machine for about a year and a half now. It only worked for about 10 months. It broke before the warranty was over, and they sent some service techs to look at it. They came out almost 5 times and haven't been able to fix it, and now I've been told that the warranty period is over, so I can either pay for a new washer or keep paying the service techs to come out and try to fix it.

I love the one step wash and dry function since it eliminates the rewash from someone forgetting to swap the clothes to the dryer. It seems pretty efficient and set up easy. Plug it in to the 110v outlet and hook up the water lines no venting needed. Easy to use and connects to the phone easy. It does require a lot of maintenance. The cleaning cycles have to be ran frequently and they take a while. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is also really long, which you’re also not able to wash a second load while one is drying so it makes one day laundry seem to take forever.

You see I already have a Samsung washer and dryer in my home. This all in one unit is really pretty good. I’m legally blind and the display is a little lower than I level, but most of the time I can navigate it. The only thing that’s bothersome to me is the Lyne trap pulling it out, emptying it and putting it back in requires you to line it up Just So and if you don’t have a lot of room between the washer dryer unit and the wall to pull backwards, it can be kind of tricky to line it up and put it back in and take it out and empty it. Other than that, it’s very easy to work with. I think we’ve had an issue with the clogged drain once and we’ve had this since 1 December and it is now mid May. I like that self washes and self dries let you know when you need to empty the lint trap. Let you know when you need to add detergent or fabric softener. I like that it’s an all in one unit and it notifies you if you use the phone app, when the closer are ready. I like that it’s programmable so that you can wash and Dry the clothes so that they’re ready at a certain time so you don’t have to worry about wrinkles. It even has an option to help you reduce the number of my wrinkles that you get in your clothes.

I am currently a working mom and being able to wash my clothes and get notifications about it is also great too. I no longer have to guess whether if my clothes are done or not. I think I gave it a 4 because the fact that I live in an area that freezes my pipes. If you pipes freeze the washer is not usable not even the dryer feature is usable. So you have to physically tend to the pipe thats frozen.
