[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my combo for about a year and a half so far so good especially because I have it outdoors, I do have it protected and on the pedestal so that helped but I guess my issue is more towards the SmartThings app. Sometimes it’ll disconnect or I thought I started the wash, but I guess the phone app didn’t communicate with the washer. Even though I put start now, I have to stare at it until I know it’s starting. But the AI caught on to my laundry and my clothes feel perfect. I do stop the dryer sometimes manually though. It’ll add more time than what I feel is more than enough dry.

I love being able to throw everyone in and let it do it's thing. I take out the clean and dry clothes and hang them. I love how you set it and forget it and just go about your day. I was a sceptic of these devces but now I cannot live without one. Also it's so ways to use. I recommend these combo units to anyone who is like me and wants to make laundry as easy as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/dryer does a great job cleaning and has actually been better at getting all the pet hair out of our clothes( we had used specialized dryer sheets before but don't have to now). It has been a great space saver and definitely would recommend it. It does take a while for the loads to get done but a lot better than forgetting about the wet clothes in the washer.

It is automatic in the way it shift from wash to dry. It is a washer/dryer in one so you don’t have 2 machines it is very spacious. It is easy to use and very convenient.

Honestly, it saves a lot of time because I don’t have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. I simply load the clothes, and when the cycle is done, everything comes out clean and dry, ready to put away. I’ve also noticed that it optimizes detergent really well, so I end up using much less soap. As far as energy usage, my electric bill hasn’t really been affected like I expected, especially compared to having a traditional 220V dryer. This all-in-one washer runs on 110V, and overall it has been an excellent purchase for me. I haven’t had any issues with it so far.
