[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer and dryer combo. So it take a long time for normal wash. But small wash setting usually can do a small/medium load fast. And even then, the ai will adjust the time to think how long the load will take. The only issue, if you have pets or lots of things that gives out lint. You will need to clear the trap behind the detergent dispenser often. And it does save on detergent and softener. Cloths do come smelling good.

Compared with other combo units it drys very well which was a concern when buying. Having a combo has also freed some space by not needing a second machine. The touch interface is nice with many options for pretty much any load type plus an AI auto detect.

I start a load when I get home from work or when I leave for work and when I wake up or get home it’s done. There’s slightly more regular maintenance than my old units, but it walks you through all of that on the touchscreen when needed and it’s nothing difficult or crazy. It washes and dries without issue. If you load it up it does take a while to wash and dry, but the perk is you don’t have to worry about moving clothes over. The unit is very heavy, which is probably the biggest downside. But it also doesn’t shake or rattle when in use because of this. I have it set to open the door when it finishes and have had no issues with clothes being wet or wrinkled. All in all I would purchase this again for sure, and have recommended it to multiple family members.
