[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine. I have two sons and a dirty husband and it keeps up with our household like having two separate machines It always washes the clothes and dries them and I never have any issues.

All around- a phenomenal washer & dryer! I've had this for a few months now- let me tell y'all about the Pros & Cons- Pros: Huge Capacity!! Quick Washes and Drying Cycles! Super Quiet & Gentle Remembers your customizations & stores them for future uses Easy to use UI & Super efficient with the built in apps! Easy to install! Cons: No Pre-Wash option- I feel as though that's the only missing option.. there's a rinse & spin option, but kinda would like to have the ability to use a pre-wash option for towels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to buy a 'new' washer after our 15+ year old washer finally died, but we are very pleased with this Samsung 2-in-1. It's super convenience to put a load in and have it washed and dried all in one cycle. It also takes up much less room, being a 2-in-1. The heat pump drying is also super efficient and useful, as it cleared up the 30A plug and uses less overall electricity. Though, the cycle times can be quite long because of this. The AI features and other apps are kind of gimmicky, but I appreciate how it tells us total electricity usage at the end of each cycle. Only major downside is that the drain filter seems to clog up fairly easily and needs to be cleared more often than I expected, but I imagine this maintenance helps with longevity of the device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it was all in one and ventless. The problem is the time it took to do a load of laundry. A wash dry cycle that was supposed to be about 2 hours would sense the load and re-evaluate the time which a normal size load could re- calculate to over 5 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vast amount of cleaning cycles is impressive. Love not having to move the close after the wash cycles. The clothes have never been better. The machine even alerts my smart watch when cycles are completed. Plus running on 120 volts saves money. Highly recommended.

I purchased mine on August 7, 2024 and so far absolutely love it. I wish I had ordered the pedestal at the same time because the door sits very low without a pedestal and it is incredibly deep. There always seems to be a sock or towel at the back that i cant reach and i have to get down on the floor and practically crawl in to get to the back and get it. I do love everything else about it and recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this machine is that it washes and dries in one machine. I would always wash a load and forget to put it in the dryer. So problem solved. So far the only problem I've had is that when it's in the drying cycle the clothes get tangled and come out wrinkled. I haven't been able to find a way to have a heated dry cycle to get the wrinkles out, it only allows for an air dry cycle. That doesn't get the wrinkles out. Other than that I am pretty happy with the machine. The drum has a huge capacity so comforters fit in easy. I like that it self cleans itself too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ultra large capacity washer allows me to fit even a king sized comforter and is very efficient in that it automatically transfers from wash to dry. The touchscreen is easy to manage and reminds me of a mini smartphone. I can actually stay connected and be notified via my phone when cycles are completed and if any issues arrive. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product Pretty easy to use I am using it in an apartment hooking it up to the sink for now until we get the regular hook up but still working fine The only drawback is it does take A little longer for your clothes to dry But otherwise It's a great space saver if you don't have any room And even though it's very large it does work in apartments
