The multiple modes are really helpful and machine is a space saver. The machine also has a self balancing which even keeps heavy loads balanced with low vibration. Being wash and dry the seal stays clean without any funky smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this combination, washer and dryer based on my previous experience with Samsung washers and dryers. You see I already have a Samsung washer and dryer in my home. This all in one unit is really pretty good. I'm legally blind and the display is a little lower than I level, but most of the time I can navigate it. The only thing that's bothersome to me is the Lyne trap pulling it out, emptying it and putting it back in requires you to line it up Just So and if you don't have a lot of room between the washer dryer unit and the wall to pull backwards, it can be kind of tricky to line it up and put it back in and take it out and empty it. Other than that, it's very easy to work with. I think we've had an issue with the clogged drain once and we've had this since 1 December and it is now mid May. I like that self washes and self dries let you know when you need to empty the lint trap. Let you know when you need to add detergent or fabric softener. I like that it's an all in one unit and it notifies you if you use the phone app, when the closer are ready. I like that it's programmable so that you can wash and Dry the clothes so that they're ready at a certain time so you don't have to worry about wrinkles. It even has an option to help you reduce the number of my wrinkles that you get in your clothes.

I like that it auto cycles from wash to dry so I no longer have to stay up late waiting to switch over the load before morning. Clothes come out perfectly dry every time. I also like that I get notifications to my phone when the cycle switches or the load is complete.

Being able to throw a load of clothes insides and having it both wash and dry let's me focus on other tasks. With the wrinkle prevent setting, it'll keep the drum moving to prevent wrinkles and successfully too. Highly recommend buying it.

I use AI mode constantly and all my clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean. I have a 6 person household and this keeps up. I can fit an entire basket or an oversized king comforter in with no issues at all, and room to spare.

Has flooded my laundry room twice when I was trying to do what it called for on the screen. Also overheating now. Horrible buy!

The lower-temperature heat-pump system is gentler on fabrics but may take longer on heavy loads.

This machine is a piece of junk. I have had it for about 6 months and I've already had it serviced 3 times and it's broken again. The clothes still smell when they come out, they are not dry at the end of the dry cycle. It constantly gives error codes. We've had it leak several times. When you try to schedule a service callout Samsung online it's almost impossible. You get a message to troubleshoot it online or over the phone when you clearly need someone to come out to service it. Do not buy this product. We have vented one also and it's only slightly better.
