[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung bespoke all in one was more than expected. Being able to throw a load of clothes insides and having it both wash and dry let's me focus on other tasks. With the wrinkle prevent setting, it'll keep the drum moving to prevent wrinkles and successfully too. Highly recommend buying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer/Dryer Combo. The biggest advantage is being able to wash and dry a full load in the same machine without having to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Load it, start the cycle, and come back to clean, dry clothes. The ventless design is also a huge plus. There's no dryer vent to deal with, and the heat-pump drying system is much more efficient than a traditional electric dryer. Despite combining two appliances into one, the capacity is surprisingly good and works well for everyday laundry. The AI features do a good job of taking the guesswork out of selecting settings, and the controls are modern and easy to use. I also really like the automatic detergent dispensing—fill the reservoirs and the machine handles the amount needed for each load. Drying can take longer than a conventional high-powered dryer on certain loads, especially bulky or heavy items, but that's a reasonable tradeoff for the efficiency and convenience of a ventless heat-pump system. Overall, the Bespoke AI All-in-One has made doing laundry much more convenient. It saves space, eliminates transferring wet clothes between machines, uses less energy for drying, and has enough smart features to actually be useful rather than gimmicky. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a modern all-in-one laundry setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the voice of cycles lots of different cycles. I was surprised by the drying I was told these washers don't dry. Well it dries perfect. There's no moisture buildup around the machine. The clothes aren't moist when they come out there's no vibration. I liked it. there's no vibration when it's running the wrinkles. It could be a little better on wrinkles my clothes to come out kind of wrinkled. I've been working on it and it's getting better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my all-in-one washer and dryer! The capacity is incredible, and I love how easy it makes laundry. I literally just throw in the dirty clothes, turn it on, and they come out perfectly clean and completely dry! No more transferring heavy, soaking-wet clothes from the washer to the dryer—it does everything for you! It has made doing laundry so much easier and more convenient. I honestly don't know how I lived without

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please do not purchase this machine. It has been the worst major appliance purchase I have ever made. I wear alot of white and when I tell you I select the white cycle and sometimes with extra rinse because if you do not the clothes come out looking exactly the same even pre-treated and one wash and dry cycle can take 5.5 to 7 hours! I maybe wouldn't be annoyed if they came out clean, but they do not! I am single person so I don't necessarily wash all the time so it took some time to realize that I was not satisfied. I thought to myself maybe I need to learn and adjust the settings better. It was not that. Stay far far away from this machine. Your clothes do not come out clean and it takes forever. I cannot be more dissatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this washing machine combo unit is super easy to use fast washing and drying Cycles available also love the fact that you can use smart also love the fact that you can use Smart features like watching YouTube

This machine is a piece of junk. I have had it for about 6 months and I've already had it serviced 3 times and it's broken again. The clothes still smell when they come out, they are not dry at the end of the dry cycle. It constantly gives error codes. We've had it leak several times. When you try to schedule a service callout Samsung online it's almost impossible. You get a message to troubleshoot it online or over the phone when you clearly need someone to come out to service it. Do not buy this product. We have vented one also and it's only slightly better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical. I really didn't think it could be as good as having separate machines. I was wrong. Plenty of capacity, and dries well. Able to modify settings as desired. Neither noisy nor quiet, but just about right. Quieter than my last matched set. Great space-saver to have only one piece.
