[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our washer/dryer combo! It has been a huge space saver and lifesaver! The notifications from the app are great! We know when the washer is done and the dryer is complete. You can select so many different options. You definitely have to allow lots of time for the full cycle. If you have hang dry, you can do delicates only without drying. It's great! Your clothes wash and dry without having to move the laundry to another machine! And the best part, you store your detergent and fabric softener and the washer/dryer dispenses it for you! That's a huge timesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all very happy with the machine, it is nice to just throw everything in and it comes out washed and dried no need to switch loads. I would not recommend this to a family though, because the cycle time is very long. As a single person though who only had a load or two of laundry to do a week, the long cycle time does not bother me unless I'm washing my comforter which takes around 4 hours total, but any household with more then two people, you would never get caught up on your laundry at the pace this machine goes.

While I think this is a decent and first of it's kind, then this is great. I like that I don't have to exchange laundry. Design flaws? Absolutely. The drain filter is too low, and you have to wait a long time for the water to release. If you happen to leave it alone with a small bowl, then you may let it spill. I also tried to use the internal support troubleshoot, and it didn't help when I had a clogged drain filter. At least I did figure it out. I like that it's small for tighter, cramped places. I wish it would also start cycles using the Smart Use, though. I could never seem to get that figured out. Also, why have "Bubble Soak" in the system, when it can't be used? I really wish that was available!

If you buy this get the extended warranty. I actually advise you to do that with any purchase especially with Samsung. I live outside of Orlando and when the machine started leaking they had no one available to repair it. They just sent me a check. At least I learned that I don't care for front loading washers or being held hostage by an all in one. I would rather have separate systems even as a smaller family of three. Also the dryer vent is hard to clean and to run the cleaning function for both the washer and dryer settings takes 5+ hours. The only plus side is not having to move clothes over.

I love the fact that I can communicate with it through smart things . It allows me to check up on We're in the cycle it is. The AI interface Does a great job at analyzing the washing conditions . When using the AI The time it takes to wash your clothes is extended But with the knowledge that I am saving energy in helping the environment makes it worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our bespoke combo 2 years ago and it still works perfectly!! Love the luxury of not having to change from the washing machine to the dryer. It does it all!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!! Spacious inside drum for decent size loads!! Doesn't take up to much space in our laundry room leaving room to move around effortlessly!! Love that it automatically goes from washer to dryer without having to worry about it!! Love that laundry detergent and the fabric softener are automatically dispensed as well!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The all-in-one washer gave us the freedom to time our laundry routine to run when it's most convenient or for us. Allowing us to start and finish at preset times without having to worrry about moving laundry from the washer to the dryer. The capacity is surprisingly big, but drying does take longer than a dedicated dryer. The mobile interface with the SmartThings app is easy and keeps us in control. We have had a couple of parts break down already which required service. But the service was quick and resolved the issue. The lint trap area could use a redesign. It's hard to get lint that forms around the trap compartment. We had to buy a long handled brush so we can keep it clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my combo first arrived, it was heavy. Very heavy. Once it was put in the laundry area, it was super easy to connect everything. Literally, twist on the water hoses, stick the drain hose into the slot, plug it in and that was it. Probably the fastest, easiest install I have ever done. Setting it up was a breeze as well. It tells you exactly what you need to do, step by step, to get started. It tells me when I need to clean the water drain and when to brush off the filter. The best part….it walks you through doing the whole process! No calling a service person to do simple maintenance! It “feels” like it takes a long to wash and dry one load, it really doesn't. It just feels that way since you can't start another load while the first load is drying. I love turning it on, before bed, setting it to prevent wrinkles and having clean clothes when I wake up. So far, I am super happy with this combo! This is coming from a home with 2 people. I do not know how convenient it would be if there was a larger amount of people you are doing laundry for. As for me, super glad I made this purchase!
