Set It and Forget It – Mostly Hassle-Free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Laundry Ventless Heat Pump Dryer Combo™ and I’m mostly happy with it. It’s quiet, efficient, and the all-in-one setup is a real space saver. Not sure what the AI part specifically does, but it feels automated—just switch it on and walk away. One nice addition would be auto-cleaning for the lint, but overall, it’s been a solid experience.

I recommend it to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device offers a user-friendly experience with its intuitive touch screen panel. The simple interface makes navigation effortless and enjoyable. While dry time is slightly longer than anticipated, the overall performance remains impressive. The sleek design complements its functionality, making it a valuable addition. It's a pleasure to use such a well-designed product.

Laundry revolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is seriously impressive! The SmartThings App makes laundry a breeze with easy control and monitoring. Plus, its 5.3 cu. ft. capacity handles big loads like a champ. The AI features like Optiwash and Optimal Dry? Game-changers! They cut down cycle times and deliver spot-on results. But, let's talk installation. Maneuvering this bad boy, weighing over 300 lbs, was no joke. And don't get me started on finding the detergent panel - not the smoothest experience. Still, once it's up and running, this combo is a lifesaver. The space-saving design and automatic dispensing feature make laundry day way less of a chore. If you're looking to upgrade your laundry game, this is it!

No Control Over Settings

Awful. Please don’t buy appliances with AI in them, it’s not a useful addition. We stayed at an apartment that has one of these washer/dryers, and first problems arose when it wouldn’t let us choose a specific temperature for a dry cycle. Instead it said that the temperature was “sensor based,” which is ridiculous. These appliances shouldn’t limit what one wants to use it for. I for one always dry my clothes on low heat since I’ve had a history of them shrinking. Next, we only wanted to dry for a shorter amount of time after the wash, because originally it said the dry cycle would take 4 hours, and we don’t have that kind of time when a normal dry cycle should only be an hour, with the option to add more (or less) time if you so desire. So we decided to just end the cycle halfway through, but as we did so the dryer kept the door locked with a message that the machine was too hot. Even unplugging it did not unlock the door, and we spent ages with all sorts of troubleshooting techniques to try to get the thing open. Frankly it doesn’t make sense to prevent opening the door because the dryer is hot; I’m confident in my ability to remove hot clothes without burning myself, firstly, and secondly, not opening the door is what caused it to take forever to cool down in the first place. If you learn anything from this, please, don’t spend your money on an appliance that uses AI, asks for an app, or requires a Wi-Fi connection. It would be okay if it was easy to override the AI, because truly we should be able to decide when our clothes are done. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Everyone needs a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our replacement this week January 15th, 2025. We were able to continue using The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo while we received our replacement. Filling the cartridge makes doing laundry easy. Cleaning the lint after each wash is a little tedious, nonetheless a with Swifter Duster that has replacement pads makes it easy to clean. Keeping up with maintenance while using this unit will surely make this amazing laundry combo last for years to come. Updates will be posted after a year of use. January 15, 2026.

Has changed laundry day forever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having to figure out what setting to use, or remember to change over to the dryer has been the best thing ever! There are a few downsides though. They changed the UI almost a week after getting it, and an update they did made it so that no matter what setting I pick (voice, sound, off) it always talks to me, which is really annoying. You also can’t truly customise the cycles. I can’t tell it to not ever use fabric softener on my underwear or towels, I have to turn it off every cycle that I don’t want it. If it was actually smart it should be automatically off for towels, sportswear, and underwear, since everybody knows that it affects the materials ability to wick away moisture. Other than that I love the machine. It’s quite, does the job right, and no more need for a dryer vent

AIO Makes Laundry So Much Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d researched AIO units for a while, they each have their pros and cons but I’m glad I went with this one. I wanted an AIO to enable us to simplify the laundry process and save some space in the laundry room. I share an apartment with two grown sons, and it had been a challenge getting laundry done as they’d forget to move it, which backed up everyone. Now I can see whenever someone’s doing laundry, they can get an alert when it’s done, and I also get an alert so I know when I can use the machine. I’m also no longer tethered to the house waiting to move the laundry into a dryer, which makes it more flexible on when I can do laundry. It’s done a great job of cleaning and drying so far; nothing has been damp but it’s also not overly dry. The app has been working really well, especially since I have other Smart Things devices already- there are some features I’d like to see them add (like set a time to start, not just when you want it to end) but that’s the beauty of software; new features could probably be added based on user feedback. The delivery was fantastic as well. My only nitpicks so far are that it does stick out a few inches more than I’d like due to the way the hoses are attached (which shouldn’t be an issue for most people) and I wish the inner/onboard lint filter was easier to see to make sure nothing got past the normal lint filters. I do recommend if you get this to watch some videos to see how to clean the detergent filters and other maintenance tasks.

Game Changer

We are a Samsung appliance family. Our top-load decided it was time to retire, and the bespoke was the right price at the right time. We have been very happy to add this new selection to our Samsung collection. It is heavy duty, does what we need it to do, and I am filled with joy that I can do other things without having to go change my laundry from wash to dry. This idea was brilliant. We couldn’t be happier.

Pretty good,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the bespoke all in one 2 weeks ago. After multiple loads of laundry I would say the convenience is worth the price to me. If you have a large household with multiple loads a day, this might not be the best option for you. The drying does take quite a bit longer.

Small Footprint, Great Functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and so pleased with my purchase. The cycles are fully programmable in terms of choosing water temp etc…Only thing I noticed was that there is no pause before drying if you want to take something out. But you can do a wash cycle only and the dry. Recommend getting the drawer, puts it at a good height.
