Not that I get excited about washer/dryers, but what we had needed to be replaced. I overheard a clerk at the home improvement store talking about the features to another customer and I was hooked. Smartphone connected, opens the door at the end of the cycle, auto detergent feed, micro bubbles to improve cleaning, and no vent! Planning to move it upstairs where all the laundry is so no more up and down stairs. I actually think the laundry is much cleaner now.

Bought this machine and had my plumber hook it up and the first time I tried to use it water poured out from under the bottom getting my new floors completely covered in water. Then they had someone come out on Wednesday to look at it and tell me it would be next Tuesday before he comes back to fix it while my clothes continue to pile up.

Very high quality and I love the latest software update that now includes Spotify and other cool apps to play around with while. Make sure you clean the lint filter after every use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this combination washer/dryer for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. It is much easier to remove items from it than from our previous top loading machine and I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. The Samsung combo looks great, is very quiet, and a space saver. The touch screen is easy to use and has an option for washing any type of clothing/linens and soil level. The SmartThings app worked perfectly when selecting wash and dry cycles- nice for getting notified when a load is finished. Clothing and even a full load of towels came out soft and completely dry. There is front, convenient access to the lint filter. It is a little difficult to open the filter after removal but once opened, it is easy to clean. I am hoping that Samsung will have a stand available for it sometime soon. It is a fantastic machine.

Owned for 10 months. Three software updates. I like the All-in-One. We had an issue with letting clothes sour in the washer. With the all-in-one, that's never happened. Cons - 1) You need to clean the filter regularly, like a Roomba. Based on on-line reviews, that's the key issue to it failing. 2) It is large. I wanted a European-style compact, mini. But, I've gotten used to it. Pros - 1) You can start from dirty to clean & dry, without additional steps. Unless you want to add dryer sheets/balls. 2) I love how well the softener is added & the cycle options. 3) I didn't care for the 1st software update, but I like the most recent one (April/May 2025). It adds some helpful display options. 4) The large detergent containers are nice. 5) I wash my blacks on delicate & I really like the specialty detergent receptacle. I am actually back on the site to see if I could get a 2nd one, but I guess that's not an option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now used the AI Laundry Combo™ All-in-One Washer/Dryer for over a month and like it so far. One thing that is a definite change from your traditional washer/dryer setup is the time you need to allow to wash and dry you load (as opposed to being able to wash a second load of clothes while your first load is drying). The AI unit does have a lot of features that are nice like being able to load your detergent and softener in multi-load quantity, text notification of completion of cycle or any errors and it is very quiet when washing or drying.

We live in the desert and if you forget to immediately move the freshly washed clothes to the dryer, they get the moldy smell. No longer a problem with this machine; and it saves a lot of electricity. Can't go wrong with this unit.

Purchased this unit several months ago and so far it has worked fairly well. I however have a couple key concerns. 1) Mixed reviews on the condenser cleaning system. Some reviews have it as the best among the 3 major 2-1 combo washers and it does seem to be more robust than LG/GE. However other reputable reviewers have found lint on the condenser coils after several washes which is very concerning. 2) The firmware/software definitely needs an update to the drying sensors in the system. I have had clothes that came out damp and on the other hand in bedding mode it said that there was 3 hours of dry time remaining even though all the bedding was already very dry which is not good. This additional drying time is damaging to fabrics and also leads to the eye popping and ridiculous 8-9 hours cleaning cycles. 3) Please update the software to included a programmed start time instead of or in addition to the program end time. A programmed end time is not very useful to me and a programmed start time is much more useful for those of us on a time of use electricity plan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received delivery of our Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo. First impression is the machine is larger and heavier than I anticipated, but because I do not need a separate washer and dryer unit it saves space overall. The only negative is if you need to move the machine for any reason, dropped item or to clean around it, you will need at least 2 people in order to do so. The set up was very easy with the Smart Things app. I love technology, especially when user friendly. The app allows you to completely control the washer/dryer and to keep an update on the progress of the wash/dry cycle which is really cool. I love all of the bells and whistles and the ability to customize your laundry cycle is much appreciated. We have only run one test load of laundry and for some reason it took around 5 hours for the wash and dry cycle. This may have been due to the AI energy saving feature, so I will have to run several more loads before judging the time needed for each load. The only other recommendation I would give is for Samsung to include the bottom base to increase the height of the door. My wife commented the door is very low so loading and unloading laundry can be hard on your back. Overall, the machine looks great, love the screen and options on the washer/dryer, as well as the Smart Things app. Weight of the item could be an issue if it needs to be moved, time to run a load may be an issue, and heigh of the door would benefit from a sturdy base/riser.
