Changing these Guards was a terrible decision. I use them for my husband with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's. He also has incontinence issues and very often can't get to the bathroom fast enough. We knew the old guards would hold whatever he might have to release into it. These new guards are much too thin and too short. We have no confidence in this product. You've lost a customer because I'm now sourcing something better from other companies.

Well these are the way to go they absorb and hold so much all while not giving off a horrible smell once full. And don't worry about leaking these will hold a good amount of liquids before anything seeps through and if your looking some to wear without it being noticed these are great they are think lined so no bulging lines or anything that gives indication your wearing one.

The new and improved pads do not stand up to the old pads. They are not near as absorbent or comfortable for that matter Please bring the old ones back.

I am a long time user of Depends Guards. The updated version is inadequate for individuals who need significant incontinence protection. They leak easily. I am actively looking for an alternative product.

I wasn't able to wear it long though as it is not breathable, was very hot, made me sweat. So no matter the quality, it's not wearable to me.

Definitely get the job done, they have a nice quality, feel to them, a nice thickness but not overly thick to where it's uncomfortable or compromising. They are very absorbent. Absorbent I'll put them to the test just to see how well they would work and they definitely didn't leak or overflow. They didn't stink or anything after a while. They definitely are certainly as advertised

Super durable, virtually invisible and block odors while feeling comfortable on the skin. I would recommend these as 52 in a pack for is a really good value.
