They work very well with a good fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those days where you have a little extra dribble not expected, these works great for those days. I've not tested for additional amounts but they work for that for sure with no super uncomfortable feelings

This new design change is terrible %26 a big disappointment! My husband has been using them for 6 years due to his incontinence form prostate cancer. As I always do, I hit “ reorder” and received the 2 cases. There was no indication on the box that the product had changes. When my husband open the bag, he knew there was a change; They were thinner. He used them but quickly realized they weren’t the same! I quickly checked my order thinking I ordered the wrong thing….nope! Description, absorbency etc is all the same. hat a is a major step backwards. I can’t believe Depends QA did conduct extensive consumer testing!! Because if they did %26 it was all positive, the packaging and advertising would boast “New %26 Improved”! Obviously, This was a cost-cutting decision! Depends tried to slip this cost-cutting under the radar! They tarnished their brand for those loyal customers. Shame on Depends Corporation! And Shame on Sam’s Club for stocking the product. Now I’m out of pocket for two cases.

I have been using depend guards for years after my prostrate surgery. Just 2 weeks ago could not pick them up or get them delivered. They had to be shipped. I ordered 2 102 pad boxes and I am so disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed with the new poorer version of the pads. I am embarrassed because they leak and are not fitted properly. What am I to do with all these pads that are useless to me. Very Very Disappointed and unsatisfied. I can’t return them because I eliminated the boxes.

Very disappointed in the new design! The new design does not protect as needed. They are almost as thin as the shield product. I will have to seek out another brand to make sure he stays confident that he won't have an accident. Please go back to the old design!

I have been using the redesigned Depends Guards for about a week. They are AWFUL. I have experienced frequent leaking. They don't last anywhere near as long as the old style. They are not much better than the Depends Shields. I will be looking for an alternative.

I liked these at first, thinking they developed a new, thinner absorption material. Wrong! The new half absorbency version of the product is a complete rip off. It allows only small drips. Any runs to the bathroom are inevitably too late now. I've had several days when I've gone through three sets of pads and underwear and sometimes pants as well. They are totally misrepresented as Maximum protection and the FTC should fine them.. They might as well be on the women's section under light pads. I won't be buying a Depends product ever again.

I have to agree with most of the reviews,in that the old product was better. I need to change 3-4 times a day with the new ones. Plus they do not stay in place. Maybe the odor control is better. But when the new ones leak it becomes very embarrassing

No confidence in the newly designed men’s pads. I’ve been a Depends user for over 20 years and the new design is awful. Doesn’t hold nearly as much as the old style. I’m looking for a replacement for my Depends pads. Sorry you had to change a previously good product.

I have been using Depend Guards for many years. The new "upgrade" was actually a downgrade in my opinion. Yes they are thinner but the absorbency is not like the old guards. The new pads get saturated quickly. There have been several days that I have had to change the guard mid day to prevent leakage. I will continue to use these guards until I am able to find another company that makes a similar product to the old guards.
