New and improved Did not stick to underwear properly! Absorbed nothing and leaked around underwear. Your original product was good and did the job. Your new improved is garbage. I will need to seek other brands. Good job you have lost a customer for good!

So disappointed in these new pads that, apparently, replace/phase out 36000 13792 pads. Angry that your newer pads do not meet the "just right" features of the older pad design. I'm miffed that anyone would vote to rule out a product that worked well. I'll be looking for another brand.

I've been using Guards for years. They had been working very well. I recently bought a new stock. The packaging looked different and the package was smaller for the same quantity. The pads are smaller and more prone to leaks. If I can't get the old style, I may need to change brands.

Whoever designed these has obviously never had to wear them. The old design wasn't perfect either, but theh were thicker and because they were thicker it allowed the male "anatomy" to sort of form a pocket that kept said anatomy situated in the center of the pad. The new ones are thin. Because they are thin, they allow for too much movement. There are times when I find that my manhood has moved to the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position and the business end may be completely missing the pad. Also, the adhesive is not as strong verses the old version. Maybe if the wings on the new ones had adhesive it would be better. The wings tend to get scrunched up towards the center of the pad. Also, if the new pads had some type of pocket formed into them in the center to keep things in place. If you listen to your customers and take the advice of people who have to live with your product everyday, you might be able to produce the best incontinence pad on the planet. So far you have gone backwards from mediocre design to a horrible design.

Product is more comfortable BUT that's it. Extra width at front is good but too narrow at bottom. Also too short. Needs to go further down. Remember gravity? They are more like a shield for very light leaks. Have used Depend for 5 years but no more. Will throw the rest of my opened 52 pack in the garbage. So long Depend.

I have been using depend guards for years after my prostrate surgery. Just 2 weeks ago could not pick them up or get them delivered. They had to be shipped. I ordered 2 102 pad boxes and I am so disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed with the new poorer version of the pads. I am embarrassed because they leak and are not fitted properly. What am I to do with all these pads that are useless to me. Very Very Disappointed and unsatisfied. I can't return them because I eliminated the boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those days where you have a little extra dribble not expected, these works great for those days. I've not tested for additional amounts but they work for that for sure with no super uncomfortable feelings

The redesign sucks. It's thin and leaks and is not as absorbent.

If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. These new pads are much smaller and much thinner. They don't do the job and now I'm stuck with over a hundred to use. Have the Sam's Club buyers negotiated this much quality out of the product?
