Well these are the way to go they absorb and hold so much all while not giving off a horrible smell once full. And don't worry about leaking these will hold a good amount of liquids before anything seeps through and if your looking some to wear without it being noticed these are great they are think lined so no bulging lines or anything that gives indication your wearing one.

There are no effects on your skin, though I would recommend that you must have taken opinion from your doctor. the guards do not have any order until you remove it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been a game changer for my dad who suffers from dementia and has to wear pads like this one in case he sets himself in bed. The bad is soft, wide and very absorbent. I love how it's packaged in a protective sleeve and has clear steps on how to adhere to underwear. The pad is discreet and does not cause excessive bulging like the adult diaper does. I highly recommend for men with issues holding their urine.

The New design is Horrible. They don't work. A single paper towel absorbs more fluid. You had a great product. Why did you change? Who ever made this decision does not understand your client/customer (another Cracker Barrel). My Father is 94 and has been using these for more than 10 years. Not any more, time to go find another vendor who understands elderly needs. Reddit, Facebook... are slamming this product. Before you lose your customer base, go back to the old before it is too late.

I am terribly disappointed in the new guards. Wore the old style for 21 years and they worked great. The new guards don’t handle surges as well and allow leakage on the sides. Don’t know who thought these were better, but they aren’t for my needs. Please bring the old style back. If not, time to find a new brand!

The absorbency gave him extra confidence, especially when going out or spending long hours away from home. I also liked that each guard is individually wrapped, making them convenient and hygienic to carry around. The material feels soft and breathable, and they stayed in place better than expected. Overall, this product gave him more comfort and peace of mind in his daily routine, which honesty means a lot.

Changing these Guards was a terrible decision. I use them for my husband with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's. He also has incontinence issues and very often can't get to the bathroom fast enough. We knew the old guards would hold whatever he might have to release into it. These new guards are much too thin and too short. We have no confidence in this product. You've lost a customer because I'm now sourcing something better from other companies.
