This one has 400mg and is engineered to have more absorption in each pill so I only take 1 or 2. It has the same natural anti inflammatory effect as my previous pills, just more concentrated. They claim to support healthy inflammation response and supports mind and body wellness as well and improving memory and uplifts mood. I haven't noticed any of that change but I took them for 7 days. Maybe after the full 30 days worth of capsules? I like that they are vegetarian capsules but they are manufactured in a facility that processes fish and eggs. They are also huge capsules and I can feel them in my throat when I swallow them.

Vs having to drink or take multiple capsules. Turmeric benefits are great but it is not instant . Youtheory is a good brand and the only other ingredient is the black pepper extract to enhance bioavailability.
