I have found that it is similar in ease of use as my other capsules, and the packaging, while a bit large, served well to ensure the capsules were not damaged or crushed. I have noticed the inflammation in my digestion has improved and that I feel more alert in the mornings as compared to prior to starting this supplement. What has stood out to me is that it does not leave a bitter aftertaste as compared to other similar supplements I have tried.
