However, when I switched from my regular brand to these for a month, I noticed a marked difference in my joint pain and other inflammatory issues. 😞 If you don't have extreme health issues these supplements could certainly be strong enough for your purposes, but they did not work for me. Guess I just need something that packs a stronger punch!
