I feel that this product helped my sore left knee that is degenerative to function better during weekly hiking without getting sore and irritated managing the inflammation. I would recommend this product to my patients as a PT who are asking if a supplement to help their sore joints without affecting their digestive system.

They are supposed to overall improve your mood mind body and memory and I will say I have been feeling more focused and relaxed after trying these. You just take one capsule a day and it is relatively large, but doesn't taste horrible. Overall, I'm a big fan of this specific capsule and would definitely try another one from the brand youtheory in the future!

I'm in my early 40's and don't have any MAJOR joint problems but I have started noticing some aching in my knees here and there especially after going up and down stairs. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and just recently realized that my knees haven't been bothering me as much! I actually noticed it while going downstairs one day because that's usually when I feel the aching the most. It's not completely gone but there's definitely been a difference. I wasn't expecting to notice anything this soon so that was a nice surprise. I'm curious to see if it continues to improve the longer i take it. So far so good and I'm excited to keep using it!

I say all that to say I have been beyond impressed. I take a lot of ibuprofen and Tylenol or nerve pain in my neck and headaches. I have seen a substantial reduction in the amount I have needed approximately a week after I started taking this Turmeric. I didn't noticed any side effects for these at all and I took them on both an empty stomach and with food. Overall a great product that I will definitely be adding to my daily routine moving forward.

There are so many benifits from consuming Tumeric and this is just a lot easier than trying to incorporate it into my diet! I started taking them daily to help with the soreness I was experiencing due to muscle atrophy and I'm now rebuilding my strength. I haven't had any adverse reactions which is great considering that I have an extremely sensitive stomach. That being said, I haven't noticed a ton of change yet. Maybe a few more better days than usual. I chose to take turmeric because my brother swears by it. I have a lot of inflammation and I'm hoping that with continued use I will feel a big difference. I'm very hopeful. I do wish the pills were smaller of course but that seems to be the case for all supplements.
