I suffer from a lot of inflammation, muscle and joint pain etc.. pretty much every day. Since I started taking this youtheory turmeric supplement I have been relieved from some pain & inflammation and I'm so happy with it that I definitely had to make it a daily routine. It's not an expensive supplement and it's so worth the reward of feeling better.

I do feel like I noticed an improvement in my mood and overall since of well-being. As far as inflammation goes, I think I would need a little more time. I have only been using the product for about a month, so I've not been able to tell any difference, but looking forward to the benefits of lessened inflammation and improved memory!

This specific brand preformed well; I appreciate the better absorption rate with no weird taste or smell. Instructions are super easy, just 1 per day. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I think there's a ton of extra wasted space in the container.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always taken Tumeric, for many of the health benefits. I was excited to get this, due to its only 1 pill vs several. I love how quickly it absorbs, within the hour, whereas others its longer. I always take it for joint issues, which has helped more than other over the counter pain relievers. It does mention other health benefits, such as improving memory, uplifts mood, supports mind and body wellness and powerful antioxidant benefits. I can vouch it helps wirh the inflammation piece of it, due to knee surgery and the stiffness that comes with it, Tumeric.is the only thing that helps.

It does not leave a taste in your mouth when you swallow. The one downfall would be the size of the bottle and the amount of capsules, when you see the size of the bottle I expected it to be full or capsules but it was even half full. Happy with the product but the packaging is a little deceiving.

I have found that it is similar in ease of use as my other capsules, and the packaging, while a bit large, served well to ensure the capsules were not damaged or crushed. I have noticed the inflammation in my digestion has improved and that I feel more alert in the mornings as compared to prior to starting this supplement. What has stood out to me is that it does not leave a bitter aftertaste as compared to other similar supplements I have tried. I think that this would be a good product for someone who wants to reduce inflammation and test its impact on cognitive alertness. As with all supplements, I cycle on and off of them to allow time for my liver to have time without having to process more than it already does baseline, so I could see this be something I add to my cycle of supplements at 6 month intervals.

The packaging was massive for the amount of pills in the container so it seemed a little wasteful! I wasn't able to try it consistently because of how my stomach felt after taking it so wasn't able to get a good read on the effects of this.
