I feel like it did uplift my mood and improve my memory. The taste is OK. The pills are kind of large I think for the price it's worth a try I would recommend the dosage is about 400 mg of the extract and then 100 mg of ginger root. I have no other supplements to compare this too but overall, I can get a good job. If you are willing to try it out I think it's worth the cost.

After heavy workouts, I've noticed I'm significantly less sore and bounce back faster with less delayed on muscle aches. I've also felt clear and mentally with less brain fog throughout the day. The pill is on the larger side however it's definitely smaller than many daily vitamins that I take so it's definitely doable. Overall, it's been an easy addition to my routine and will continue to utilize it.

The only thing I don't like about it is the cost. It's nice that you only need one capsule instead of multiple like other brands but the 30 day supply cost is a little steep. I would definitely switch to using this one if it was more cost effective but I don't notice a significant change from the one I previously used.
